一行四人到戲曲中心晚膳,週六晚人不算太多,地方也很寬敞,裝修也夠雅致。坐下侍應熱烈推薦冬瓜盅及片皮鴨,可惜一行四位女生都不愛吃,但相信是受歡迎的菜色,眼見其他食客都必點的。我們點的都以小菜類為主。先到的是蝦醬鮮魷通菜。蝦醬味不太濃,但鮮魷烹調時間剛好不會過老。再來是梅子豬手煲,酸酸甜甜很開胃,雖配上豬手但一點也不膩,。豬手也炆得夠軟林,豬手皮念念膠質,避風塘炒鱔球,膳球炸得脆口,一點油膩感都沒有,外脆內軟滑。蒜頭,豆豉,辣椒爆得香口。非常惹味!九肚魚水瓜烙餅,邊邊煎得香脆,中間餡料是九肚魚,滑滑林林,餅面撒上花生碎,更香口,值得試試。金菇豉油王炒麵,麵炒得較林身,不是爽口彈牙的類型,但味道不錯,豉油味炒得香但不咸,也不油。預訂了四個壽包,size 大大的,咸蛋也是大大個的。蓮蓉滑滑也不太甜膩。整體而言裝修:色調以青綠白色為主,清新優雅,地方闊落,唯獨椅子可以有更好的選擇食物:小菜不錯,味道咸淡適宜服務:侍應熱心,也落力推介,回應速度快…Read More

中菜廳位於戲曲中心1樓。 從一樓望出去感覺開揚。戲曲中心裝修很特別, 新穎卻帶有中式感覺。為了慶祝婆婆生日,所以一早訂了枱。 職員安排我們到偏廳的一張大枱。 偏廳只有四張大枱, 寧靜和私隱度很高。職員的服務很好。,點餐前給我們奉上茶和餐前小食。餐前小食有兩款 (每碟$16)。我們一枱十一人,有六碟小食。小食是焗腰果花生炸魚仔和味菜雲耳。腰果花生很脆口,魚仔也很脆很香。而味菜雲耳味道不算濃,雲耳爽口。餐牌上有十大名菜,可以參考一下!壽包($210/7個)婆婆生日,一定要點壽包啦! 壽包超有份量, 手掌般大, 餡料是蓮蓉和鹹蛋黃。壽包不算太甜,婆婆很喜歡吃。但壽包太大了,吃一整個會太多,每人半個分甘同味就最好啦!鮮蟹肉燴黃金豆腐($168)蟹肉頗多,差點看不到豆腐。蟹肉味不算太重,可能芡汁太多。豆腐微微炸過,內裡仍很滑。潮式香煎蠔烙($98)蠔烙超香蠔味,蠔仔的份量很多,而且幾大隻。蠔烙跟蠔餅口感有些不同,蠔烙較煙韌, 似煎薄撐,但厚身點。喜歡蠔的朋友必食!煎五香糯米卷 ($264/12件)外層是腐皮,中間是糯米。糯米加入了臘味和芋頭,兩面半煎炸過,很重芋頭香味。雖然是半煎炸,但不算太硬,糯米中心仍是軟的。陳皮話梅豬手煲 ($128)這個豬手味道有點怪, 是甜的, 吃不到陳皮和話梅味。 老人家嫌豬手有點靭。這個不太推介了。魚香茄子($98)味道一般,不過不失,跟茶餐廳的的差不多。美極香煎黃花魚($198)黃花魚煎過, 外皮微脆, 魚肉很嫩滑。上面淋上煮過的醬汁,醬油香,帶少許甜味, 跟這款煎魚很夾。椒鹽鮮魷 ($98)鮮魷炸得剛好,不會太韌。味道較淡,沒有椒鹽味。花膠絲杞子浸時蔬($128)賣相很特別,像一個太極圖案, 一邊是花膠絲, 另一邊是時蔬,時蔬是莧菜。 湯底普通,花膠絲味道較淡, 但尚算腍。欖菜肉碎四季豆 ($98)四季豆炒的時間剛好,豆不算硬也不太腍,仍是漲卜卜的。賣相見似很濃味,食落卻不是,欖菜味幾香。鮮百合炒雜菌($98)有西芹,百合,冬菇絲和腰果,西芹份量比百合和冬菇絲多,有點功高蓋主的感覺,整個菜味道清淡。滿樂蔥蒜牛肉鬆燴飯($148)因為是燴飯,會較濕。牛肉飯醬汁味濃,配上碎牛肉,味道非常好。瑤柱蛋白炒飯($128)炒飯夠鑊氣,飯粒粒分明。飯面超多瑤柱,很香口。晚市茗茶十一人一共$220(即是每人$20)。埋單每人平均大概$220。餐廳環境非常舒適,一班人也不覺擠迫。職員服務很好,不時會留意我們是否需要加水。食物質素算是不錯,晚飯來說價錢合理。這餐廳值得推介!…Read More
