謝斐道幾間茶餐廳,唯獨四寶食堂長期有人龍。排了約5分鐘,可以入座了。兩點半下午茶時間,同時有午餐和常餐供應,選擇可真多。.我點了「喜哥蔥油豬扒煎蛋飯」(誰是喜哥?)嘩,超級好味,豬扒又厚又大又淋,煎蛋有脆邊,白飯乾身(最怕淋飯),蔥油香濃無比,豉油甜甜地不鹹,總之全部都100分。而價錢只需$ 65!還送熱飲。.太太點了午餐「大蝦球彩椒車厘茄羅勒蕃茄意大利粉」(好長的名稱),蝦球爽口冇雪味,除了彩椒、車厘茄,還有不少菇粒,健康又豐富。同樣送熱飲,價錢$ 88。.另外點了一份下午茶「經典粒粒花生醬西多士」,中間有花生醬,用的麵包較厚,更能吸收蛋液,煎得香脆。.質素如此好的茶餐廳,為什麼還去快餐店呢?…Read More

茶餐廳算是香港本地飲食文化的產物之一,以選擇多樣方便見稱,其受歡迎程度,可以說是「梗有一間喺左近」。而近年隨著市場需求,業界亦不斷革新求變,添上懷舊地道色彩又或主打某些特色小食,務求能在市場上站穩陣腳。最近筆者就造訪了一間較有風格的新派小店,位於銅鑼灣中心地段,門面以Tiffany Blue為主調,店內柔和亮麗的燈光,襯上簡潔空間感強的設計裝潢,環境氣氛舒適自在;一幅敞大的花花牆更是充滿著少女心,打卡呃Like一流。細閱餐牌,發覺小店供應的菜式種類繁多,除了一般的咖啡、茶餐、三文冶之外,還有很多其他西餐廳才會有的菜式如凱撒沙律、Egg Benedict、Pizza、燒牛扒燴羊膝和自創特式的「磚頭焗飯」,就連甜品如自家製的窩夫也有多款選擇,頗有驚喜。先來一客巴馬臣芝士水牛城雞翼,份量十足,一客4串足有8隻中翼,炸得金黃外脆內Juicy,醃得入味亦帶辣,但跟水牛城雞翼的原有味道和賣相有點距離,還好仍算香口惹味。黑松露雜菌咸蛋醬薄餅,原本對於在茶餐廳吃到的Pizza並不寄予厚望,但想不到端上來時賣相頗對版,像是Thin crust的餅底,薄薄的香脆得有點似餅乾,上面鋪上了雜菌、芝士、黑松露醬、鹹蛋黃醬和番茄醬,熱辣辣入口先是濃郁的黑松露幽香,接著滲出淡淡的鹹蛋黃濃香,加上半溶拉絲的芝士和酸香茄醬,三重口味層次豐富,加起來卻不怎麼油膩,雖未至於很出色但頗有驚喜。香草紅酒腐乳汁燴羊膝,羊膝煮得軟嫩腍滑,入口即化,用上了自家創製的Fusion醬汁燴煮,西式的香草紅酒配上中式的腐乳,想不到是如此的搭配,味道平衡得不錯,有點點南乳汁的影子,用佐飯一流。最後來一道這店的名物之一,喜哥蔥油豬扒煎蛋飯,厚切的豬扒大大塊,配以太陽流心蛋和翠綠的蔥油,單看賣相已很吸引。豬扒煎得金黃香脆,鬆軟入味帶咬口,加上半熟流心蛋和自家製作的蔥油,用來撈飯啖啖濃香惹味,實在是邪惡得犯規的滋味!整餐出品的質素頗為不俗,尤其是那蔥油豬扒煎蛋飯更是出色,加上環境舒適,完全沒有舊式茶餐廳的侷促,收費卻是大眾化價錢,性價比算高,難怪能夠做到座無虛席,客如輪轉,據聞這裏的滑蛋叉燒飯也很出色,下次到來一定要再試一下!…Read More
