老友話搵到間隱世日式小店,搵埋我去試試,原來喺位於太子嘅「山系。本舍」。試啲未試過嘅餐廳,當然都幾有興趣,所以,趁老婆返學嘅日子,一支公無飯開,兩個麻甩佬就出嚟聚一聚,傾吓近況,兼呻吓呢樣,呻吓嗰樣。隱世就唔算隱世喇,有時過到嚟界限街另一邊都知有間日式小店,喺無留意叫咩名啫,之但喺,就肯定一家喺小店,拉門而入,店內環境一眼睇晒,約7個座位左右,1個師傅一腳踢,整體裝修好有居酒屋嘅風格,全吧枱位,可以直接跟師傅交流。啲餐具都幾靚喎,瓦碗好雅致,但啲鐵筷子就唔喺咁好揸,此外,中間嘅小型木托盆就唔喺好知有咩用途,無刻意問,我哋就當咗骨碟,不過,最後都無點用到。而枱上放有紙巾同水杯,人手所限,呢度就有少少需要自己招呼自己。食物方面,咪睇佢鋪仔細細,其實有好多選擇,由佐酒小食、燒物、串燒、炸物……到時令海鮮,有近50款食物。飲品又點呢?另一頁餐牌,就見到提供好多酒精及非酒精類飲品,不過,都喺以酒精類的為多。手工櫻花蝦醬拌凍豆腐 $48先嚟一道師傅極力推介嘅冷盤,以日本直送嘅凍豆腐再加上自家製嘅櫻花蝦醬配搭而成,凍豆腐比較清淡,不過,口感非常嫩滑,而櫻花蝦醬帶出陣陣鹹鮮,鹹香惹味,加上櫻花蝦嘅卜卜脆口感,一起放入口,又真喺幾過癮。魷魚軟骨沙律 $48魷魚相信大家食唔少啦,魷魚軟骨呢?新鮮爽脆嘅沙律菜配上自家調製嘅沙律醬,本身都已經幾好食,配搭埋啲魷魚軟骨,煙煙韌韌好有咬口,幾有新鮮感,比預期有驚喜。雞腎串 $18 x 2點咗兩點雞腎,單純過過口癮而已,不過,又燒得唔錯,唔會乾到柴咁,又有啲咬口,少少鹽作調味,都已經夠晒。黑松露醬配炸薯條 $$68老友可以講喺薯條控,所以,又點可以錯過呢道菜呢!首先,喺薯條炸得香脆不膩,做足基本,而薯條之上,糝咗少少海苔粉,令食味更有特色,當然,自家製嘅黑松露醬,亦功不可沒,調和得充滿黑松露嘅香味,夾薯條,正呀喂。和風高湯煮日本沙白蜆 $68小弟就喜歡食啲濕濕哋嘅嘢,所以,揀咗呢道沙白蜆,估唔到份量都幾多,有一大碗沙白蜆,隻隻睇落都好飽滿,入口都夠肉地,最緊要喺夠晒鮮甜;而所謂和風高湯,真喺無欺場,飲落清香而有陣陣甜味,值得推介。燒鰈魚 $88師傅就話喺人氣菜式之一,姑且信佢一次,查實,鰈魚比較陌生,應該似喺未食過喇。一客有4件,每件都幾大件吓,燒得外表焦香,老套一句都要講,食落果然皮脆肉滑,又有魚味,磪喺好有質素嘅食材嚟。海膽流心忌廉餅 $78最後,意猶未盡,再追加一客忌廉餅,果然做到流心嘅效果,啲海膽流心忌廉餡好正,質感綿密又滑溜,咬落去嗰吓一湧而出;至於件餅身,炸至金黃,入口熱焫焫,又甘香脆口,最正喺無油膩感,可見炸功確有一手。師傅忙於上菜,做個不停,都未有太多機會交流,但從各菜品中,都感受到師傅嘅心思同誠意,多謝友人嘅介紹,又食到餐好嘢。…Read More

未知何時可以外遊,就只好不時靠美食來慰藉一心外遊的心靈,這晚與友人來到帶點點日式居酒屋格局的「山系」,吃一頓日本菜,就當是到了一趟日本。門口裝修已很和風,而內裡亦是日系風格,餐廳地方不大,就只有6、7個座位而已,全是吧枱位,可對着做料理,有少少日劇「深宵食堂」的感覺。枱的一角放了一缸魚作點綴,感覺不錯。餐具亦是很別緻,如果用上木筷子,更有山系的感覺。本來是午餐才奉送的自家製「蜂蜜綠茶」,店長也請我們試試。綠茶味道很清爽,幽香微甜,入口很舒服。餐牌亦是點菜紙,選擇十分之多,有超過40款食物,而大致上是分了3大類別:佐酒小食、燒物 / 串燒、炸物,更提供多款酒類飲品。首先登場的是「手工櫻花蝦醬拌凍豆腐」($48),凍豆腐質感非常嫩滑,配上惹味而鹹鮮的櫻花蝦醬,沒有意外的過鹹,配合清淡的凍豆腐,真是味道剛好:),作為冷盤,是很好的前菜。再來的也是冷盤,「魷魚軟骨沙律」($48)看來很有個性,因為很少吃上魷魚軟骨。沙律菜很新鮮,配上自家調和的沙律醬,味道很香,而魷魚軟骨口感充滿咬口,這道菜很好吃。來一道熱食緩和一下腸胃,而「和風高湯煮日本沙白蜆」($68)是真心推介菜式,因為只賣$68,沙白蜆份量非常之多,而且,隻隻也是鮮甜飽滿,那高湯也不要錯過,味道帶點甜味,卻是很清香。燒物、炸物一向大有市場,「海膽流心忌廉餅」($78)則是蠻期待的菜式,忌廉餅炸得金黃,入口卻是完全不膩,而且,萬分脆口,裡面的海膽漿更做到如瀑布般流出來,質感綿滑。這一個「燒鰈魚」($88)印象中應該很少接觸,燒得外皮焦香,入口香脆,然而,肉質卻是仍然如此嫩滑,加上配合濃香的醬汁,魚味便更感突出。最後多來一客「黑松露醬配炸薯條」($68)是純粹滿足嗜炸物的心靈,同樣地,薯條炸得甘香不膩,入口十分脆口,除灑了些海苔粉提味之外,不得不提那黑松露醬,調校得非常好,充滿了黑松露的香氣,叫人無法抗拒,越吃越滋味。吃了一頓出色的日菜,加上這環境,多多少少有種到訪過日本的感覺!…Read More
