To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Missing so much our Tokyo yakiniku experience, we visited this place in D2 place. The brand originates from Ginza and its third branch is now open in Lai Chi Kok! With highly authentically Japanese decors, interiors and tabletop grills, we spent a very nice yakiniku hour here. Our picks were two Japanese wagyu grill sets, featuring a variety of special cuts. There were small labels telling you which parts you'd be grilling. All parts were cleanly cut and presented in sophistication. Lunchtime diners enjoy a complimentary set of salad, kimchi, soup and rice, upon each order of meat. My personal favorite was the "羽下" and "貝身" cuts combo. On top of wagyu beef, we topped up with a plate of pork and chicken thigh. 朋友生日,她是個牛肉燒肉愛好者,我揀多間後最後選擇了荔枝角銀座炎蔵燒肉,餐廳在長義街D2 Place一期交通非常之方便一出地鐵站過對面馬路就見到,鄰近有商場食完仲可以周圍行街。呢間餐廳裝修日式風格配搭木系家具,燈光柔和;簡約之餘又舒適乾淨感覺滿舒服,我們被安排坐闊落的卡位,挨背的高屏風增加私隱度可以暢所欲言,不怕被人騷擾。叫好餐後服務員好快就送上跟餐前菜有海帶湯、沙律、泡菜黑毛利牛嚴選定食[三款]HK248有3款和牛(分別係和牛貝身, 和牛龜之甲, 和牛笹身)配白飯,每款都有3片塊塊都切得靚靚仔仔,並且都有標籤注明清楚咩類型嘅牛肉,上枱簡直嘩一聲,色澤好靚,油花分布均勻,每一個部位都可以食得出唔同嘅質感,入口超嫩滑。追加和牛羽下 HK98對比以上三款,羽下入口比較豐富油脂帶香入口溶。帆立貝 HK68鮮甜無腥味,口感柔軟中帶有韌性石鍋和牛伴飯定食 HK128石鍋飯形成香脆、焦香的金黃色鍋巴帶有淡淡的焦香味非常之惹味。以及辣醬調味料,讓整體口感有脆、有軟、有香辣增加了口感的層次感。

台灣人中秋節會食燒肉慶祝,今年我都食燒肉慶一慶節!聽朋友講D2 place有間燒肉唔錯,二話不說就黎左啦~燒肉menu有2人套餐或燒肉套餐,我中意試多啲野就揀左舞之特盛,有雞、牛豬,三款都試得晒!前菜有沙律菜同泡菜,超級中意佢地既泡菜!口感偏淋,味道唔會太酸,帶少少香甜,又有啲辛辣感,配飯/肉都好正!!舞之特盛,包括有和牛4點拼盤:和牛里肌芯、和牛芯芯、和牛龜之甲、和牛內腿肉款款雪花紋都分佈得好靚,日式和牛就係唔同啲!另外套餐仲有夢之大地豚三味&日本產雞肉三味,6百幾就食到咁多款真係幾抵!開動了~~~和牛真係好新鮮,放落去十幾秒已經食得!款款都好特別,而且口感好唔同,好有質素非常推薦和牛里肌芯,牛味香濃而且口感超嫩,加少少鹽隻味已經好出!!另一款推薦係和牛羽下,油香感較重,建議先食左佢先!每啖都充滿和牛香氣,入口即化,以價格黎講都幾值得一試!燒肉配飯食會特別滿足,又可以增加飽肚感同降低油膩感,因為泡菜太好食又encore,配上泡菜更惹味!…查看更多

上個月同囝囝去日本玩時都品嚐咗好多美食,不過因為佢仲係細,所以串炸店、和牛燒肉店同高級壽司店我哋今次旅程都冇去。所以返到香港我即刻搵返間和牛燒肉專門店同老婆撐枱腳解解癮。😁我哋去呢間和牛燒肉專門店喺來自東京非常有人氣嘅和牛燒肉專門店銀座炎蔵焼肉。餐廳位於荔枝角D2 Place,係銀座炎蔵喺海外第一間分店,裝修風格參照本店設計,融合咗江戶時代町屋風格同以前銀座嘅舊日本風情。餐牌亦同東京本店一樣主打日本產A4黑毛和牛嘅稀有部位,當中炎蔵和牛[極致]6點拼盤食材同配搭都同本店一樣,包含霜降、適中部位同赤身部位。我哋兩個點咗一客,再加一份和牛西冷薄切大判燒同沙律已經好夠食。😙炎蔵和牛[極致]6點拼盤 $588呢個拼盤嘅六個和牛和牛部位分別係和牛龜之甲、和牛內腿肉、和牛肋肉、和牛鞍下、和牛友三角同和牛羽下。和牛內腿肉、和牛龜之甲我哋先試屬於和牛赤身部位內腿肉同龜之甲,雖然係赤身部位油脂唔多,不過始終都係日本A4和牛嘅稀有部位,肉質都相當軟嫩而且牛味非常濃郁,口感非常清爽。👍🏻和牛肋肉、和牛鞍下和牛適中部位嘅牛肋肉同和牛鞍下口感比較柔軟,肉質同油脂感非常平均,牛味亦都係相當濃郁。😋和牛友三角、和牛羽下霜降部位係全隻和牛油脂最豐腴嘅地方,喺高級燒肉店最普遍食到嘅就係和牛上肋肉,而6點拼盤就選用咗比較稀有嘅和牛友三角同和牛羽下。呢兩個霜降部位油花分佈均勻細緻,口感極度軟嫩,肉汁非常豐富。😍和牛西冷薄切大判燒 $238大判燒黑毛和牛西冷大大塊,大火燒至5成熟左右沾上蘭王蛋漿食,入口除咗充滿和牛油脂香氣同蛋香之外,仲帶有少少焦香,非常惹味。😋炎蔵沙律 $68老婆加點的沙律好大份,沙律菜新鮮爽甜,配上小銀魚同特製醬汁,清新解膩。😙埋單每位數500有找,價錢合理。👍🏻…查看更多
