今年中秋家庭飯局選定尖沙咀的興記。一個月前已留檯,人數未齊,縱然席上不是滿座亦要於門口等候。既然已訂座,何不讓已到的食客邊等邊商量菜式,要迫於狹窄的門口阻塞通道呢!一行11人,9大2細安排坐屏風後的大檯,坐得亦算鬆動。剛剛坐下,店員已上前催促落單,雖然菜單只是台面上的一張台墊,亦只有海鮮類,小食跟粥粉,都要比時間讓我們商量一下吧!六小福併盤$228 粉腸豬肚仲有豬脷,三樣我都不喜歡,不過家人就覺得香口腍軟好味,因為款款都用上麻油增加香味。魷魚,海蜇頭非常爽口而且大大條,加上麻油香,吃不停口,很快售慶!唯獨之前吃的是配上韮菜花,但這次換上菜心,有點失望! 豉椒炒蜆$128 原本我們叫油鹽水浸蜆,但落單的姐姐所有order只是用腦記,而沒有寫下,到餸菜上檯時,就說是我們說錯,全家人都無言,但又不想浪費食物,唯有照食。幸好隻隻蜆都炒到打開蓋,蜆肉都算是大粒而且鮮甜又沒有沙,豉椒炒得很入味,只是小辣程度都頗辣。椒鹽瀨尿蝦$時價 份量極多很震撼,大大隻炒至金黃色的瀨尿蝦很吸引,此時電話相機全出動!瀨尿蝦殼很香口,不會過鹹,而且瀨尿蝦肉很有味,不會淡茂茂,推介!不過落單姐姐建議我們叫6隻瀨尿蝦,9個大人每人要吃3,4件,每件都很重份量,吃罷已經有點飽肚。其實可以叫5隻呢,還有其他餸菜。 陳皮蒸鮑魚$時價 落單姐姐自己建議2個小朋友share一鮑魚,而大人一人一隻,怎料上菜時來了11隻。一家人只想開心食飯,所以並沒有再'探討'!大大隻鮑魚,跟西貢,三聖海鮮店的吃到的size簡直比下去!以為大大隻會好韌,怎料一刀切下已感覺到腍軟,放進口更是鮮甜爽口,很易咬開!連同陳皮絲放進口,陳皮甘香配上鮑魚鮮甜更是好味!推介! 古法避風塘炒蟹$時價 上菜已聞到濃郁的豆豉香味,令人垂涎欲滴!傳聞豆豉炒蟹才是正宗的煮法,金沙炒蟹都是之後演變出來。的確豆豉炒蟹不單味香濃,而且醬料更黏附著蟹殼,舔蟹殼時特別滋味!蟹鉗非常大隻,啖啖蟹肉很鮮甜,大大滿足。推介! 金沙炒蟹$時價 大量炒至金黃色的乾蒜粒好誇張。雖然聞落非常香,但蟹肉不是太入蒜味,只有鮮甜的味道。蟹身差不多被蒜海淹沒,推開蒜粒,蟹的份量不多。相比下古法炒蟹好味好多。 興記不止炒蟹出名,燒鵝瀨亦有很多人推介,顧及同行的小朋友,叫了2碗瀨粉和2碗粥 燒鵝瀨$44/ 叉燒河$44 燒鵝比一般燒味店來得好味,鵝味不是太羶,而且沒太多肥糕,啖啖肉。多肉得來很嫩滑。湯更是香濃,應該用很多材料敖了很長時間,沒有太多油浮面,讚!不止燒鵝好味叉燒亦燒得很香口,半肥瘦,肉質腍軟!燒鵝粥$44/艇仔粥$44 雞粥牛肉粥食得多,想不到燒鵝也可配粥!粥煲得很綿滑。米花爆開,配上啖啖肉燒鵝,和花生粒蔥粒,好味! 一般艇仔粥只有魷魚,魚片和花生,興記還加了燒鴨,非常足料! 腐乳生菜$42/炒西蘭花$42落了很多腐乳炒的生菜,很香口。蒜蓉炒的西蘭花反而一般。 跟多隻大蟹和瀨尿蝦激戰完,口和手都非常疲累,但味蕾和肚子就非常滿足。見隔離檯有熱毛巾供應抹手,唯獨我們欠奉。結帳$6400,以時價計的海鮮價錢欠缺透明度,沒有說明是日價錢(講了起碼我們也有個預算),亦沒有說明用多重多大的海鮮,少許煮到埋黎就要食的感覺。相比西貢,三聖的最少亦showoff海鮮出來給食客望望。以味道計,興記真的做得好好,但以服務及價錢計就真的麻麻了!…Read More

興記的炒蟹有"乾炒"和"濕炒",,這是"濕炒"...豆豉的濃香滲入蟹肉內,,十分惹味,,而且我一定要吃個辣的,,夠香!!這是"乾炒"...蒜,,好多時候都被當作調味品,,好像永遠都是不太起眼的配角,,但在這碟炒蟹中,,金蒜絕對是最佳配角...把蟹吃完,,看著一整碟的金蒜,,實在很想叫一碗白飯伴來吃...興記用的都是越南蟹,,隻隻巨型又多肉...一口咬下,,啖啖肉,,十分滿足...來到興記除了吃炒蟹,鴨河也是非點不可的!這裡的河粉比較薄,亦切得比較幼細,入口十分滑溜,又沒有平常吃河粉的那一種膩口之感,實在令人對它異常喜愛。…Read More
