星期六同朋友去咗佐敦食晏傾嘢,大家傾到差唔多時間各自返歸。佢住附近,我問佢有乜加餸推介。佢二話不說就話即係斬料啦哈😆,並且推介試吓「陶園燒臘飯店」。餐廳完全係街坊店,門面並唔起眼,亦無華麗嘅裝修,不過就有熱情嘅招呼。我其實只係喺門口望望,但老闆娘已經出嚟睇吓我有乜需要👍。我要咗半斤叉燒同燒鵝下庄,望住師傅即場斬,保證唔會扣料,所以得兩盒都好重手啊🤘🏼。燒鵝下庄($120),屋企人好鍾意食燒鵝🦢,我見掛出嚟都幾靚,就買邊鵝髀食食佢。燒鵝皮脆多汁,鵝肉又香又嫩,我老豆仲話一食入口就已經分到係鵝定鴨。下庄有髀食🍗,但就無胸肉,噒骨為主。我認為呢度嘅燒鵝燒烤香氣特別強,好惹味啊。叉燒半斤($64),我嗌咗瘦叉🐷,因為怕食肥膏,但打開盒後有啲後悔,因為見好似有啲乾身。不過一食就覺得自己諗多咗,叉燒鎖住肉汁,肉質軟稔,甜度鹹度適中,份量足。總括嚟講,我哋成家都滿意來自陶園嘅燒味🥢,小店出品絕對不比連鎖店遜色,價錢亦好正路,難怪店內坐滿堂食嘅客人!最後,我想講門口隻燒鵝公仔著咗衫好鬼搞笑啊🤣。…Read More
