I came here for breakfast one morning, and I was not disappointed. 
The staff is not the friendliest, and if you don’t speak or read any Chinese (there’s no English on the menu) then I don’t know if you’ll have the best experience. So if that’s the case, then I would recommend going with a local friend. :)I entered and waited to be seated but even after making eye contact, the server didn’t say anything, so I just sat myself down haha (it was pretty empty).After less than 30 seconds of looking at the menu, they came up to me and asked what I wanted in a pretty aggressive manner lol. 
As everyone else here is recommending, I ordered (and highly recommend) the 叉燒滑蛋飯 (char siu scrambled egg rice). And to drink, I got an iced lemon tea. 
The portion size was so good and the ratio of everything (char siu, egg, sauce, rice) was perfect.
