現在點心舖頭越來越多,夜晚想吃點心都無難度。今天來到旺角的這家餐廳,座位闊落,點心精緻,衛生乾淨。鮮蝦餃飲茶必點的點心。蝦餃足料,裡面有幾隻蝦,咬下去的時候彈牙爽口。最重要是蝦餃皮不會過後,晶瑩剔透,依稀能看到裡面的材料。台式脆蝦腸粉這個脆蝦腸粉有點像炸兩,但又不完全相同,裡面有過的蝦仁,不只是油炸鬼,外軟內脆,加上甜甜的豉油,口感有層次。啫啫石鍋生菜看相片都能感受到上台那刻的jar jar聲,生菜配上石鍋的組合,令整個青菜都惹味了很多。紅燒乳鴿乳鴿的皮很脆,而且肉質嫩滑,不會因為是燒的而出現過老的感覺,吃的時候不停有肉汁流出。花膠灌湯餃有原隻大片又厚身的花膠,灌湯餃的皮吸收了所有湯汁的精華,足料!福建炒飯炒飯有炒底,香味十足,而且配料豐富,有雞肉、蝦仁等等,汁也足夠撈飯。份量十足,最後吃不完要打包!蛋白杏仁茶作為這餐的結尾,杏仁茶不會過甜,也有濃濃的杏仁味,真材實料,和友人都非常喜愛這個甜品。…Read More
