窩夫與蝦子餅又在銅鑼灣找地方吃晚飯,想起上次去過的Aura on Pennington。V.THAI開張不久,乾淨企理,客人比較少,環境比較寧靜,而且卡位坐得很舒服。餐牌中最有特色的飲品要數原個菠蘿沙冰($48),將菠蘿起肉打成沙冰後再放回菠蘿內,菠蘿香味濃郁,稍嫌不夠甜,插上一塊菠蘿片點綴令賣相更吸引。窩夫步進餐廳時見到雪櫃裡放了本地水耕菜,標榜不含農藥,天天定量收割,便決定試試它的沙律。點了鮮蝦柚子沙律($98),賣相精美,除了鮮蝦還有蝦米,為沙律增添鹹香,令味道更加豐富,沙律菜用上水耕菜,吃得出口感特別爽脆,味道特別鮮,值得一試。第一次光顧,甚麼都想試,所以點了泰越拼盤($128),有窩夫愛吃的蝦餅、蝦子餅愛吃的春卷,還有越南扎肉炸蝦片和單骨雞翼。炸蝦餅新鮮熱辣,外層脆脆的,裡面很彈牙,如果蝦餅厚身一點應該會更加好吃。單骨雞翼好像比平日吃的厚肉,不會炸得很乾身,水準不錯。青咖喱牛腩($98)的賣相很美,椰香味濃,對窩夫來說有點辣,牛腩份量不少,但其中有一兩塊比較韌,窩夫很喜歡那些配菜,有豆角、茄子、洋蔥和草菇等,不只得牛腩那麼單調。甜品方面,芒果鴛鴦糯米飯($68)叫窩夫與蝦子餅有點失望,糯米飯煮得太爛,芒果亦不夠香甜,有待改進。…Read More

銅鑼灣一座新building, 經過門外有人派傳單, 原來樓上新開左泰國菜餐廳, 係銅鑼灣確實少有, 咁岩係dinner time, 於是就同媽咪順道上去一試。店內面積唔算大, 設有多張卡位, 坐得幾舒服。呢度一般既泰國菜款式都好齊, 而且價錢同九龍城既差不多。【原個菠蘿沙冰】HK$48由於水吧為開放式, 所以見到職員製作過程, 即開原個菠蘿打成幼沙冰, 冰涼口感, 甜甜的有點微酸, 岩哂夏日炎炎既天氣飲, 降下溫。【自家醬串燒拼盤】HK$88豬、牛、雞 每款各兩串, 每款串燒都keep到些少肉汁, 唔會太乾, 點上沙爹醬, 令味道更加提升【泰南無骨雞】HK$108雖然海南雞色澤不是金黃, 但反而味道才是最驚喜! 雞皮沒有肥油層連帶, 雞肉已被去骨, 肉質非常嫩滑, 點上海南雞醬汁, 不失泰國地道風味【冬蔭功海鮮米線】HK$88本想order冬蔭功飲, 不過見到有米線跟呢款湯底, 價錢上稍為化算, 湯底比預期中既色澤為淺, 酸辣味平均, 對比正宗泰國菜黎講, 呢個湯底淡左少少, 唔太食得辣既朋友都可以試試。海鮮包括有海蝦、鮮魷、青口同埋幾粒草菇。如果湯底再濃味少少, 味道會更好。【海鮮炒金邊粉】HK$88金邊粉帶少少濕, 質感帶點彈牙, 唔會糊口。甜甜的帶點微酸, 隻蝦都幾爽口, 而且當中夾集左蛋絲, 蛋香味很出。呢度最大特式其實係飲品, 很少泰國餐廳會推出多款生果MIX埋一齊飲, 不過我今次只揀左我至愛既菠蘿特飲, 下次有機會會試試其他果汁。…Read More

之前去過銅鑼灣呢棟新開嘅大廈食日本菜,原來最近開左一間泰越餐廳,今次一於試下東南亞料理。餐廳門口位置嘅雪櫃放滿水耕菜,用來做沙律想必份外清甜。裝修簡潔企理,梳化位坐得好舒服。夏日炎炎叫個菠蘿沙冰消下暑,以原個菠蘿上枱,沙冰入口非常清甜,菠蘿果香濃郁!DIY鮮果汁幾有新意,我就揀左芒果+青瓜+牛油果乳酪呢個配搭。店員將所有材料放入攪拌器,係客人面前將水果打成果汁,真係夠晒fresh。果汁質感比較濃稠,牛油果味做主導,加上青瓜特別清新。柚子沙律鋪滿鮮蝦賣相吸引,沙律混入蝦米乾、魚乾、花生碎,香口惹味!柚子嘅清甜同醬汁嘅鹹香形成對比,係一道好開胃嘅菜式。泰越拼盤包括手打蝦餅、越南春卷、扎肉炸蝦片、香茅蝦糕單骨雞翼,啱晒樣樣都想試少少嘅我。蝦餅炸至金黃酥脆,口感彈牙,充滿鮮香。春卷亦炸得香脆,但皮有點厚,餡料味道可以更豐富。單骨雞翼肉質嫩滑多汁,咬落啖啖肉,不過香茅同蝦糕味道唔突出。扎肉炸蝦片面頭撒上炸過嘅蔥蒜增加食味,墊底嘅蝦片放左一陣仍然保持脆口,係小食拼盤中最有驚喜!泰越概念嘅食物款式新穎而且多元化,鍾意泰國同越南菜嘅朋友可以一試!…Read More

月頭黎過呢棟大廈食韓國野,當時都留意到仲有間泰國菜,所以專登約埋兩個朋友再黎試下,順道答謝佢地曾經喺早前公司辦嘅比賽出過力幫忙。餐廳格局同樓下嘅韓國菜相似,裝潢簡潔,乾淨企理,以梳化位、卡座為主,而且光線充足(個人比較抗拒啲黑媽媽嘅餐廳,唔明何為氣氛,哈哈)驟眼睇就唔算話好有泰菜特色嘅裝修,但間中都會有啲大象擺設。環境方面唔錯,坐得舒舒服服雖然係週日晚上,但客人唔多,店員招待都細心有禮,不時換上乾淨嘅碗碟,食物方面都頗有水準,而且價錢合理,可以一試,新張期間仲有啲菜式有優惠價餐牌供應泰越菜式,選擇豐富,有小食、串燒、沙律、湯品、海鮮、咖喱、主食、蔬菜、粉麵飯、甜品,亦都有啲比較特別嘅融合菜式,例如蝦球伴鵝肝、慢火灼魷魚等。一律散叫,如果日後供應多人套餐,省卻點菜嘅煩惱,又更為划算呢泰越拼盤 $128一行四人決定點個拼盤,唔洗煩,試到多啲款式。拼盤有一口春卷、扎肉炸蝦片、香茅單骨雞翼、手打蝦餅四款,即時製作,新鮮熱辣蝦餅表面炸至香脆,肉質彈牙;一口春卷酥脆唔油膩;單骨雞翼入味肉嫩;扎肉炸蝦片都係常見菜式,唯一挑剔係醬料盤太窄,唔能夠成塊蝦片浸到酸辣汁。慢火灼原隻魷魚 $88(原價$128)原隻魷魚有兩款煮法,可炭火燒或慢火灼,因為後者有新張優惠價,一於試下。魷魚原隻上,簡單加有青紅辣椒、蔥花調味,配上芥茉豉油。魷魚十分嫩滑,而且爽口,烹煮時間剛好,冇加入繁複嘅調味令魷魚嘅鮮味更為突出,沾少少芥茉食已經簡單美味但如果可以配個泰式生蝦汁俾我就更加正,更為惹味。咖喱皇金瓜海蝦 $188實物比圖片更多咖喱汁,我地幾個唔太肚餓,否則應該點個飯撈汁,咖喱調整至適合香港人口味,濃淡得宜,而且唔辣,容易入口。海蝦一共六大隻,非常新鮮,肉質爽口,裡面仲有唔少入味嘅金瓜西貢路邊燒春雞 $108/隻即時製作,所以燒春雞接近最後先上枱,但一行四人都覺得春雞值得一試上碟前已經分好四份,方便食用。燒雞皮香脆唔油膩,雞肉十分嫩滑,加入香料燒過,味道獨特,唧少少青檸汁,味道更加突出。馬拉盞炒椰菜苗 $88每次食泰國菜幾乎必點椰菜苗,輕輕加少少辣椒、蒜蓉去炒已經好入味。椰菜苗鮮嫩,完全唔會有苦澀味,食落爽脆,有豐富鉀質,有助消化。飲品方面,選擇多元,有鮮果汁、沙冰、朱古力、咖啡。追求健康嘅朋友可以點鮮榨果汁,提供多款配搭,例如牛油果乳酪、西柚、青瓜、水蜜桃、奇異果等。至於我就推薦原個菠蘿沙冰,夠哂清甜。餐牌:…Read More
