今天晚上,我和男友去屯門市中心逛街,我們都想吃越式菜,於是我們便去這間餐廳吃晚餐。我們叫了香芒龍脷柳米紙卷,冬蔭功海鮮炒金邊粉(走芽菜),原個椰青海鮮焗飯和香芒糯米飯。香芒龍脷柳米紙米卷方面,賣相一流,龍脷柳是即炸的,十分香脆,芒果甜甜的,完全不酸。不過,米紙卷內的雜菜(生的)十分難吃,雜菜表面的汁十分難吃,所以整體味道一般。冬蔭功海鮮炒金邊粉方面,金邊粉的顏色十分淺,完全不像冬蔭功金邊粉。而且,冬蔭功炒金邊粉竟然完全不辣,一點辣味都沒有!點解可以稱為冬蔭功炒金邊粉?另外,金邊粉(痴埋一舊),魷魚圈淡而無味,蝦都沒有什麼味道,十分難吃!原個椰青海鮮焗飯方面,這款菜十分特別,賣相一流。一上碟,椰香味便撲面而來,嗅了都十分想吃。椰青Size適中,不過椰青內的飯十分少,真的完全不飽肚。不過,焗飯上的椰醬十分美味,甜甜的,和焗飯一起吃時十分美味!可惜,焗飯內的魷魚圈都是淡而無味,大蝦味道還可以,整體味道都不錯,3款菜之中,最美味的便是它了。香芒糯米飯方面,餐廳表示沒有黑糯米,我沒有所謂。一上碟時,我呆了一呆,因為賣相十分差劣!椰汁倒到不知所謂,看了都不開胃!不過,我即管試一口,味道不錯啊。芒果雖然薄了一點,不過甜甜的,完全不酸,味道不錯。糯米飯暖粒粒的,而且十分軟熟,完全不痴牙,十分美味!餐廳環境方面,餐廳十分開放式,我的座位隔離便是行人路,行人行來行去,而且行人會看見我們進餐,其實有點騷擾,環境真的十分一般! 服務方面,餐廳雖然沒有規定用餐時間,不過上餐速度十分快,下單後10分鐘內便上菜。收碟速度更快,收碟後更收埋你的筷子和餐紙,名符其實趕你走!我們叫了小食,主菜和甜品,45分鐘內便用餐完畢!其實真的和茶餐廳沒有分別!價錢方面,香芒龍脷柳紙米卷$58,冬蔭功海鮮炒金邊粉$68,原個椰青焗飯$88,香芒糯米飯$48,餐廳設有加一服務費,2人總共$289。總結來說,這間餐廳的食物不算太昂貴,不過份量真是太少了,味道都只是一般。而且,環境真的比較差,這個價錢,應該需要改善一下環境,最少應該加一些高少少的木板圍邊。…Read More

家姐生日,當然去下新地方。係眾多餐廳下,家姐揀左呢間what the pho試。本身一直以為冇得訂位,於是一心打算walk in啦。點知去到發覺佢有app可以預先拎定飛,確係方便,但一早知會更好!入到去,我地一行5人,佢比一張長的8人枱我地,仲話之後可能會有人搭枱。我就唔係幾想,見有張4人枱,就問可唔可以加凳。其實正常人都想成班人一山齊坐,邊個會想搭枱呀?!點菜時間:唔算做得好出色,對比真正的海南雞飯仲有d距離,但算入得口啦,起碼雞嫩,皮爽。個人覺得最正係小食拼盤,滿足晒為食嘅我,又想試呢樣又想試果樣嘅心態。春卷炸得好脆札肉厚到好似午餐肉,燒得香,好正!香茅牛肉蝦片,味道配搭好好,又脆又香。中間沙律食落好清新個人最愛紙米卷!清新,紙米夠軟,配搭雞絲同蝦肉,味道一流!原個椰青炒飯比想像中差。一方面椰汁佢得面果層有,下面同普通炒飯冇分別,加上個汁幾強烈,口感一般。驚喜之作!可能冇期望。首先有5大塊豬頸肉,濕炒的水分量剛好,唔會水淋淋,又唔會太乾!正常咖哩雞,咖哩唔係辣果種。我地即刻叫左兩碗飯,撈白飯一流!加甜品單叫左糯米飯,侍應話冇黑糯米,剩白糯米得唔得。由於我地好喜歡食呢個,冇黑糯米都照殺。但冇左黑糯米的配搭仲算係糯米飯咩?少左黑糯米嘅口感真係差左d。好在面頭的椰汁好好味,唔太甜!我姐鍾意千層糕,就叫埋試下,少少暖,有口感,不錯!整體黎講都叫唔錯,只係侍應要再醒目d,途中要多隻西匙,佢比左中式匙囉!…Read More

今次試既餐廳係屯門市中心既What The Pho,主打越式菜既佢地係餐廳風格上走年輕路線,牆上面仲有一大幅有型Street Art塗鴉畫,平民得黎都幾有格調啊牛油單骨雞中翼 $58炸雞翼一上枱我已經聞到好香#牛油 味,仲有超多蒜粒鋪係面!我第一眼望落去都睇唔出原來係雞翼黎,外表炸到金黃色,賣相吸引雞皮咬落鬆脆香口,炸粉唔會過厚,肉質方面都算得上幾滑。將炸蒜粒連雞翼一啖咁食,濃郁既蒜香令成件事變得更惹味!不過食完個口會好口渴同一大陣蒜味,大家記得要飲返多d水中和返啦!同埋值得一提既係雞翼拆成單骨之後好方便進食,貪靚既女士們都一樣可以保持儀態,唔怕食到隻手污糟哂啦香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷 $68係半透明既米紙卷下隱約見到鮮黃色既芒果肉同生菜,軟殼蟹等等其他豐富配料,真係令人食指大動!米紙口感煙韌,芒果幾甜,仲同香脆既軟殼蟹好match添!加上有粉絲,蘿蔔絲,青瓜絲 同生菜做配料,感覺非常清新健康,一d都唔heavy。就咁食可能會覺得唔夠味同乾身ga,所以記得要點埋越式酸辣汁黎食,酸酸地咁就夠哂胃口啦!原個椰青海鮮焗飯 $88Li個焗飯賣相相當有氣勢,用左一大個椰青裝住焗飯上枱,營造到一種椰漿同海鮮多到漏哂出黎既效果!海鮮有蝦同魷魚圈,雖然係雪藏貨色,但食落都算彈牙,而且份量仲幾足料ga!因為焗左係椰青入面,炒飯既味道都會帶有淡淡椰香,同椰漿撈勻黎食仲會有甜椰奶味!不過其實椰漿同海鮮係用黎鋪面為主,椰青入面都係齋炒飯比較多,如果椰漿可以多d攞黎撈飯就更好啦!總括黎講Li間越式餐廳既食物整體質素唔錯,而且食物定價比起同商場既其他餐廳算大眾化,價性比高環境服務亦都幾好,係一家大細食飯又或者同朋友聚會既好選擇呢!…Read More

係屯門要食越南菜,選擇真係唔多!見到屯市有呢間What The Pho,店鋪嘅裝修、環境都唔錯,枱凳都以木系為主,感覺都幾時尚!一去到,當然叫幾個小食先!一叫叫左3個,而香芒軟殼蟹米紙同牛油單骨雞中翼卷我就比較中意今次我就放棄左食沙律,反而叫左呢個香芒軟殼蟹米紙。米紙卷味道比較清淡,而且口感煙韌,配合埋香甜嘅芒果、生菜、青瓜絲、蘿蔔絲,感覺反而幾清新。軟殼蟹亦炸得好香口,醮上少少酸辣汁,會更加開胃,作為頭盤小食真係唔錯!不過要注意,米紙卷要新鮮食,如果放置得太耐,會乾同韌而牛油單骨雞中翼真係一定要食聽個名就知係得一條骨,所以食起來都幾方便,仲啖啖肉。而且配上炸蒜,香脆可口之餘又唔會話太油,非常惹味!面頭嘅扎肉好好食,味道濃郁,配埋粉包食完全可以唔洗加醬汁都得,夠哂原汁原味至於個粉包都算薄,要小心夾先得,唔係裡面啲豬肉碎、木耳同沙葛就會趺哂出黎!份量仲好大,我地戈一日都食唔哂。到左主菜,男朋友就叫左火車頭,真係勁大碗啊!有肥牛、牛筋、牛腩、牛柏葉同牛丸,超多餸。就算2個人分,樣樣都可以食到!湯嘅味道都濃,不過就真係油左少少嗱!呢個就係我一見到Meun就想叫嘅野食椰青飯上有好多魷魚圈用蝦,椰汁清甜,撈一撈個飯更香口,不過椰汁略嫌太少!最後,點少得甜品。經店員力薦下,我地試左椰青糕。口感有少少爽口,而味道清香,唔會太甜,自己就覺得較為普通。…Read More
