難得今日可以忙裏偷閑,約咗一個好耐無見嘅朋友,打算搵間靜靜地嘅餐廳傾吓計享受午餐。於是我地就上黎位於銅鑼灣嘅凡高廚房呢間樓上Cafe其實係我同事推介嘅,佢講到咁好當然一定要來試一試啦一想到去就已經有張桌球枱可以玩下輕鬆下我哋被安排坐喺餐廳最埋邊,隔離就擺咗好多藝術嘅擺設。我哋望咗個午餐餐牌就點左以下食物:餐湯係南瓜湯,味道唔錯餐包係熱辣辣配埋牛油忌廉套餐加$58就有海鮮拼盤海鮮的確鮮味,真係好抵食,如果生蠔可以有多一隻就更加好呢個意粉聽落好似好寡,因為係素來的。但係食落有驚喜味道唔錯,調味啱啱好燒豬肋骨配好邪惡嘅薯蓉我就覺得薯蓉啱啱好,但朋友就嫌佢淡得滯唔夠牛油味。另外,豬肋骨我就覺得淋啲好味啲,朋友就覺得啱啱好。所以口味嘅嘢真係見仁見智:)另外以上兩款甜品都係根餐送嘅,好靚好有誠意仲印住Van Gogh的字樣無論味道同賣相都好掂兩個人食咗$291,好抵食總結: 凡高係一間好高質素嘅樓上Cafe,除咗食物質素高,仲有空間比客人玩樂relax下。經過今日用餐經驗,絕對會介紹比其他朋友…Read More

凡高很多出色的作品如星空、吶喊等還有一幅叫做「夜間咖啡座」有一次在網上意外發現香港竟然有間餐廳參考這畫來裝修非常有特色的概念難得今天老婆仔要到銅鑼灣上班今天就特意預約了在這裡晚餐享受一下在名畫晚餐的感覺果然一入門就看到桌球枱整間餐廳的燈光也很配合那幅名畫還意外發現用上的時鐘都是畫中呈現的那種確實很有特色我們安排坐在近牆的一邊看著菜單最後點了428元的廚師精選套餐 (肉眼)以及268元的豬肋骨晚餐套餐兩者都分別有頭盤、餐湯、餐飲和甜品先來的是頭盤這個菠菜蛋批簡單的菠菜炒蛋卻用批的方法製作香味更突出這個充滿法式感覺的頭盤伴著的也是菜和肉同樣簡單的食材用上有心思的製法我們都感到很美味其中一份餐湯是南瓜湯味道很濃南瓜味也很突出調配得洽到好處而另外的是洋蔥湯我略嫌洋蔥味太過多雖然感覺很真材實料可是可能因為我不太愛洋蔥味感覺有點怪之後是主菜這份是炭燒美國頂級Prime牛肉眼 伴 牛肉濃汁選了五成熟其實本來覺得這份套餐有點貴不過不得不承認的是這肉眼製作得太美味了肉汁全都鎖住了一咬下去完全感到那肉汁選了五成熟也把肉質控制得剛剛好雖然很厚但完全很輕易就能咬開吃得出本來就是很上乘的牛肉至於這份燒美國豬肋骨 配燒烤汁 伴 蒜蓉香草醬薯角吃豬肋骨的缺點就是多骨少肉這份也不能避免不過肉其實也很美味配合醬汁一起吃也很濃味而且伴碟也很豐富有沾滿香草醬的薯角本來以為薯角只有配茄汁才美味但原來配上香草醬也不錯日後也可以自己試試製作最後是甜品這份是朱古力慕絲本來對這些精選甜品沒什麼期待但沒想到這份慕絲的口感竟然如此滑吃得很享受而且甜度也很足夠另外的這份是藍莓芝士蛋糕相比來說這個就普通了點略嫌芝士味不夠突出不過那份柔軟感也有是偏日式的芝士蛋糕在凡高名畫中享受一頓法式大餐確實是很不錯的體驗雖然略貴但也很值得…Read More

今日同媽咪喺銅鑼灣行街,唔知晏晝食咩好,就揾左喺銅鑼灣返工嘅朋友問下,介紹咗我一間環境幾優雅既樓上西餐廳,所以就上去試吓。原來呢間野叫做凡高廚房,名字上就充滿去畫意,裏面嘅裝修都有好多唔同嘅畫,幾有藝術氣息。最吸引我嘅就係有張大桌球枱可以供客人玩,旁邊仲有一個影相呃like嘅沙發千秋,影相一流。午餐佢有兩種,一個係精選午餐,貴少少嗰個係行政套餐。我同媽咪分別叫咗一個精選午餐同行政套餐。精選午餐選擇了香煎豬扒配忌廉天使麵。平時嘅我唔多食天使麵,因為我覺得佢會好諗,但估唔到呢度煮得好爽口,完全改變左我對天使麵嘅想法,配上非常香滑嘅忌廉汁,以$88嘅價錢食到,性價比都算高。餐飲就叫了熱咖啡,花奶是自己加的,都算香滑。行政套餐就叫了招牌炭燒澳洲新鮮羊架$188,叫了七成熟,有三件剛燒嘅羊架,配以蔬菜同埋薯蓉作為side dish。羊架燒得好香,亦都唔會有騷嘅感覺,嗰羊肉醬汁好濃郁,更添香氣。我好欣賞佢旁邊嘅薯蓉,奶油味重,好creamy. 行政套餐都包括左沙律同埋一個南瓜湯。凱撒沙律嘅生菜好新鮮。南瓜湯好香滑濃郁,有啖啖南瓜蓉。甜品分別就有士多啤梨布甸同埋芝士蛋糕,我好鍾意個布甸,因為佢好滑而且唔係太甜。而芝士蛋糕都有好多香濃嘅芝士味,細細件,唔太膩。整體來講都真係幾唔錯,因為環境都幾優雅,唔會侷促,坐得舒服。…Read More

今日約左兩個好朋友係銅鑼灣聚舊,我地係OPENRICE就揀左這一間食意大利菜既餐廳(Vangogh kitchen), 我地唔太熟識銅鑼灣既路線, 訂左7:30食飯但成8:00先到, 好彩有留位給我. 原來位於鵝頸橋富邦銀行側, 入口好小~ 所以有點兒難找.餐廳好有特色,餐廳係以凡高既畫做主題.門口入內就會見到一張桌球枱,還有韆鞦供客人玩耍及拍照,感覺好優雅.之後有位WAITRESS帶我們去左一張靠窗口既位置,呢度可以望到出面既街景,燈光偏暗黃,感覺都幾好FEEL. WAITRESS推介了:和羊架,豬肋骨配BBQ汁及馬賽海鮮飯餐!是日既餐湯有:什菜湯,南瓜湯及野菌磨菇湯.大約幾分鐘後,分別有3個頭盤:煙三文魚雜菜卷(三文魚卷住D菜,酸酸地,幾開胃),另外兩個都係炸芝士(炸完既芝士,口感軟軟地)食完頭盤之後餐湯就到, 有野菌磨菇湯及南瓜湯, 我地3個都覺得野菌湯好鮮甜同埋飲落有一粒粒既碎菇.GOOD!! 南瓜湯偏淡, 唔夠味~出菜都幾快, 大約等左十分鐘後,主菜終於黎了.WAITRESS建議我地先吃和羊,因為怕另外兩道菜既濃味會蓋左羊既鮮味.和羊架有3支骨,剛好我地都每人可以有一支.我終於明白點解和羊係招牌菜了.因為真係好好食~好香但唔羶!!同埋好軟好滑.連我朋友唔太鐘意食羊都覺得好食^^之後就到豬肋骨,佢地好細心幫我地切開一枝枝,等我地容易Share. 豬肋骨入味, 夠JUICY.至於海鮮飯都好有咬口,幾好食!!本身我地都想試埋心太軟,由於太滿足…所以都係留待下次再試^^是日甜品:焦糖燉蛋及啤梨芝士餅.
