今日有個朋友不開心,想找人訴苦,他提議去這個居酒屋,話他上次來過覺得這裡不錯,所以我們就決定來這裡了。這裡環境不是很大,但就裝修得算骨子,我們被安排到坐吧枱,坐吧枱可以欣賞到廚師為我們燒得食物,坐下後就點了好幾種燒物一起吃。我先叫了一杯京姬蘋果酒,味道都算溫和,很有酒香,味道還帶一點蘋果香味,味道不錯!前菜-蕃茄沙律,蕃茄新鮮,煮得很腍,用醬汁滲入蕃茄,酸酸甜甜很入味,做前菜一流!白子刺身,雖然很多人聽到都覺得很嘔心,但朋友極力推介,故且一試,味道很清,所以他們用上醬汁調味,口感很滑,好像吃豆腐腦一樣,第一次吃,很特別!西班牙黑豚肩肉串,很香豬肉味,不是那麼很肥,很有肉味不靱,燒得很香,調味得宜,好味!粟米,吃小食都不會錯過燒粟米,粟米很甜,不乾多汁,清甜可口!天下第一刀,原來是豬頸下面位置,每一隻豬都只得500克,很矜貴啊!肉質不肥,不靱,很香,再黏上汁,一流無比!上等豬脷串,豬脷切得厚身。用鹽同燒汁燒,爽口,帶人少少喊的味道很好味!來到居酒屋又點會不點雞翼串呢,他們燒的雞翼串燒得剛剛好,恰度好處,雞翼算大隻,雞肉很嫰,好味!厚揚即是燒豆腐,這裡的燒豆腐燒得不錯,雖然燒過,但豆腐仍然很滑很滑,加上醬汁調味,我覺得很值得推介!豚肉秋葵卷,秋葵外層用了豚肉包著再燒,豚肉的油滲入秋葵,味道甘香,秋葵清甜,加起來十分好味!全場覺得最有驚喜的就是這個芫茜卷,很多人對芫茜都很抗拒,我就一半半,但這個芫茜卷入面的芫茜加上外層的豚肉片包著來燒,芫茜味加豚肉的甘香,簡直一絕,豚肉的味道平衡了芫西茜的霸味,但又不失芫茜的香,一吃就覺得很好,很驚喜,會有一種想追來吃的感覺,正!露筍豬肉串都是豚肉包著露筍來燒,露筍的清甜可口,加上豚肉的香,果然豚肉配所有蔬菜都可以起到很好的作用!…Read More

星期五夜晚周圍都無位,打電話去呢間居酒屋,竟然話有位,上到去雖然full full地,但係都好快入座仲要坐窗邊位我諗主要係因為樓面做嘢好勤快,因為每次送到過嚟嘅食物都仲係熱辣辣一坐低店員就介紹Secret Menu,例如有咩魚生新鮮等等。佢講得都幾詳細,覺得佢幾有熱誠!前菜係蕃茄,佢一定要你點嘅,幾開胃,價值$28。跟住就嚟咗居酒屋必點嘅雞泡魚乾(第一次食雞泡魚乾唔使爭沙律醬😂),同朋友一致覺得好好食,好鬆化仲要熱辣辣放入口,送酒必備!呢間店最出名係食豬我哋自己就揀咗豬皮、黑豚肩肉串、免治豚肉。個店員即刻問我哋要唔要啱啱介紹嗰啲,我哋話唔要,想試吓豬先,之後佢就介紹黑豚肋骨肉。果然冇叫錯,好好食!外皮煎得好脆,裏面又夠爽口,但係同時又好juicy!唔知係點做到雖然貴啲但係都值得呢個時候,豬皮到咗。個店員叫我哋趁熱食,如果唔係豬皮凍咗會韌,搞到我心急即刻食差啲唔記得影相(張相少咗一舊)最後食埋芝士年糕就圓滿結束啦,芝士年糕外脆內軟,不過唔夠煙韌,芝士係夠多嘅免治豬同豬肩都好食,不過我覺得唔係必點最後埋單$690兩個人,有啲偏貴,但佢環境+食物真係好似去咗日本咁見到好多人都約埋朋友落嚟飲酒傾偈,氣氛好好!所以我依家都係返去賺錢再返嚟食…Read More
