今日早左去到yoho mall,一小時就搵間堂食午餐,去到剛好唔使等位,坐在靠牆二人位,枱與枱之間非常窄,我要吊腳側身避過hip位先勉強過到(自問正常中等女性身材)店內裝修金銅色+鏡子🪞,瑰麗風格,坐低已落單(1235)結果上菜非常緩慢,1247上湯(未催單),1257上小食(係催左單下嘅時間)1305等唔到主食,同個女經理講主食要改外賣,佢都知廚房問題(因見到好多枱客催)女經理無收外賣盒嘅錢!(我旁邊兩個姨姨同我同時間落單,我1308走佢哋都未上到主食)明顯廚房負擔唔到午市嘅人潮,打工仔一小時食飯,咁嘅出菜速度,上到菜都食唔切午市頭等餐($68)主食(4選1)興化炒米粉:最後變咗返公司食,外賣盒企理,焗左一陣,賣相是明顯上左碟再倒入盒,所以啲餸全部在盒底,所幸呢款都焗得,味道唔會因外賣而影響太大,幼米粉半乾濕,爽口而唔會太乾,唔會一夾住就斷,索晒啲調味,材料有爽口中蝦一隻,有殼蜆兩隻,蜆肉正常無沙,其他蔬菜絲正常,整體好味前菜(6選3)一個3格小盤上菜蝦苗拌頭水紫菜:凍食,夾起一小束,味道偏淡,很清爽開胃,夾雜蝦乾碎,味道多了層次,好味家常燜荀乾:凍食荀乾炆得入味,帶啲煙韌又有咬勁,好味滷水嫩豆腐:有啲似魚腐嘅質地,索晒啲滷水汁,外面煙韌入面嫩滑,好味是日燉湯:冬瓜薏米乾貝排骨燉湯,平時不喜歡飲中湯,都覺得好清爽又夠味,不會有油膩感,而且夠熱(真係好多時套餐嘅湯係唔夠熱架,溫度錯就唔好飲了)湯料我一向唔食嘅!食物味道真的不錯,只係⋯⋯要有充足時間先可以去食,一個鐘飯鐘嘅就唔好搏喇店員有禮嘅,有努力安撫客人,趕返工出聲都即刻嗌機叫廚房出菜!所以我雖然不滿都無發洩在佢哋身上面,只是一臉無奈時間最殘酷😅若唔係上唔到菜,食物水準一定唔比like…Read More

這次來到Yoho一期的莆田,餐廳來自新加坡,取名自福建省莆田市,主打福建菜,曾獲米芝蓮一星。福建人佔新加坡華人中多數,對福建菜有一定認識。這期主打海蠣,即蠔仔,皆因12月至3月正值福建海蠣的當造期。門口更有黑糖薑茶免費無限量供應,相當貼心。裝潢以粉藍色為主調,環境寬敞整潔。落地玻窗增加空間感。黑糖薑茶夠嗆,非常適合冬天暖身;餐茶的菊花茶則太淡。前菜有醃蘿蔔配花生,酸甜開胃。莆田海蠣節套餐 $188包括酥炸椒鹽海蠣、頭水紫菜海蠣煎蛋、福建特色海蠣煎、九層塔香燜海蠣、江口家鄉海蠣湯及海民鹽漬海蠣,煎炸燜煮應有盡有,六選二。頭水紫菜海蠣煎蛋 (原價$98)頭水紫菜指首次長成採割的紫菜,只有一星期採割期,特別矜貴,產量少營養高,含豐富礦物質。海蠣雖小,但肉質肥美嫩滑,紫菜鹹香,略嫌雞蛋煎得偏乾,多點蛋汁更佳。九層塔香燜海蠣 (原價$108)輕輕炸過的海蠣加入九層塔和香蒜於砂煲細火乾燜,香氣撲鼻。海蠣外層微脆,內裡肥美多汁。百秒黃花魚 $69黃花魚為台灣海峽特有深海魚,魚肉特別鮮嫩。黃花魚以明火現燜100 秒即可食用,調味簡單,僅以薑粒僻腥,以保持魚肉的鮮美原味;肉嫩滑,惟骨略多。酥炒芋芯 $89最喜歡的一道菜!採用了檳榔芋炒成。有點吃台灣蜜糖拔絲蕃薯的感覺,不過是少甜輕量版,外酥內軟,鹹中帶甜,讓人不知不覺吃了一口又一口。興化炒米粉 $82看似平凡的家鄉菜,卻吃出驚喜。莆田米粉特別幼細而不鬆散,配上湯、頭水紫菜及鮮蝦等燜炒,相當入味。另配莆田辣媽醬,更添惹味。餐牌…Read More

仲記得頭一次見到呢間餐廳係喺屯市商場中頗深入嘅位置,以往係我幾喜歡嘅一家日式炸豬排店,後來換成莆田,已經有好次想食,但一直冇去到係因為比較少食呢類菜式,怕口味唔對。估唔到去年佢地已經獲得左新加坡米芝蓮一星嘅營譽,喺香港嘅分店亦愈黎愈多,最近新新地(?)嘅形點商場都係其中一個我地放假時時流連嘅地方,莆田亦已經進駐,選擇左一年嘅最後一天,同家人黎到呢度食午飯週日下午時間黎到,入座佔9成,有一家大細,亦有附近上班嘅人,店員好快手招待左我地入內,餐廳位置頗多,空間感足,裝潢清雅,我地坐梳化位置,相當舒適。餐牌選擇多樣,有多人套餐,由2-8位都有,定價$198-798,本來以為價錢不菲,不料都可以接受啊。當然,亦可單點,主打福建菜、新加坡菜,供應小食、海鮮、肉類、蔬菜等,咁每款菜份量唔會好大,可以樣樣試啲。近10月就係頭水紫菜嘅豐收時間,家人剛去完外遊,番到黎都想食得清淡啲,於是我地都試左幾款以紫菜入饌嘅菜式略略睇過餐牌介紹,莆田自家有個紫菜基地,每年呢個時間就係紫菜豐收期,稱為「紫菜中嘅黃金」,唔知有冇咁誇張。茶位 $9/位;前菜 $9/碟原味紫菜餅 $68類似煎蛋餅,平時食開通常就係菜莆啊、蔥、韭菜等材料,呢度就用上紫菜取代,加上蛋,輕輕煎成餅。蛋香十足,紫菜軟腍,份量不少,感覺比較健康,不油不膩如果鐘意食香辣野嘅朋友,可以試下配佢地嘅秘製辣媽醬,酸酸辣辣,有啲泰式感覺,幾開胃蝦苗拌頭水紫菜 $52用好細好細隻嘅蝦苗(紅尾蝦苗),加入紫菜中作為涼菜食。紫菜浸到嫩腍,用上少少醋調味,酸酸地,開胃十足。九轉小腸 $79福健招牌菜之一嘅九轉小腸,印象中多年前喺台灣食過,將腸清洗乾淨,一路卷成幾層,唔會有平時腸嘅肥脂。滷得入味,口感帶嚼勁,小腸清理乾淨,冇任何異味。用小蠟燭輕輕熱住黎食,感覺更加好食,唔怕放涼。鐘意食小腸嘅朋友應該都會喜歡,家人就大讚不錯百秒黃花魚 黃花魚唔係太大條,六、七兩左右,放入鍋中,用一百蚊燘熟條魚,裡面冇多餘醬汁,只有少量湯汁,加啲菜頭、薑等,湯汁好清。鐘意食黃花魚嘅都知,一定係鮮味十足,魚肉又鮮甜,又嫩滑,細骨唔多,好食嘅魚,不用花巧,時間掌握得好好漁民紫菜燘飯 $78砂鍋上,咁我相信都唔似砂鍋生炒嘅,不過呢點對我冇乜關係,都係咁食。裡面有紫菜、蠔豉,打開鍋蓋都幾香,不過入口比想像中較淡,幸好唔會好油。大約左五碗仔份量,都好足夠。米芝蓮一星黎講,雖然性價比唔算十分之高,但價錢都唔算好貴,質素都唔錯。呢間分店唔會好多人好嘈,店員上菜、帶位都好有禮。餐牌:…Read More
