依間樓下冰室之前都經過好多次,一直都想搵機會食下,今日終於同朋友去到食。入面環境唔錯,幾乾淨,裝飾有懷舊嘅感覺,座位都算闊落,唔會人迫人。餐牌既選擇都幾多,花多眼亂。不過聽講佢地出名瑞士雞翼同番茄濃湯通粉。於是,我地就叫左2個主食,2個小食,再加2杯飲品。依個番茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋 + 麻辣脆雞粒,份量好足,通粉唔會太硬/太淋,軟硬適中,番茄湯味濃,唔似就咁用番茄膏加水,炒蛋亦好香蛋味,麻辣脆雞粒唔會太辣,但好惹味。依個炒意粉幾乾身,但又唔係乾爭爭果隻,料足,味道亦岩岩好。佢地既招牌瑞士雞翼,瑞士汁好好味,少少甜甜地,好入味。炸餃唔會炸到成隻乾爭爭,外脆內軟,餡料足,隻隻都脹卜卜。華田脆脆唔會過甜,脆脆好好食。食左咁多野,埋單$200都唔洗,不過份量比想像中大份,真係飽到捧住個肚走。…Read More

是日係相公壽辰 碰巧下午打算在荃灣買野 喜歡簡簡單單的我們 享受假期 來個Happy Friday Lunch先 樓下冰室 看到食評不俗 經濟實惠的樣子 加上同買野地點好近 就呢間啦 店子在路德圍那邊 不難找 (在地舖 而不是「樓下」啊)到店時下午1半左右 正值上班族午飯時間 人流不少 但幸運地找到了兩座位番茄湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋香煎雞扒 $48 牛乳炒蛋香滑 雞扒亦大大件煎得香 但番茄湯沒想像般「邪惡」通粉也有點過硬呢 同埋份量相對少 男的食 未必夠飽冰室炒意粉 $48 這道相對吸引 意粉炒得香口夠鑊氣 醬汁均勻 配料亦不少 有香腸豬扒番茄碎等 與上面的通粉同價 但非常飽肚 味覺與肚仔都滿足之選香港以番茄為賣點的餐廳愈來愈多 這裡的番茄系列味道不差 但相對吃過的 不至於深刻 同埋 食完後 非常非常口乾 這個扣了不少分數 所以 可以一試 但回味度真的不高了~~…Read More

60年代的香港, 最多的是米鋪; 而近年代最多是什麼店鋪? 除了便利店之外, 我相信是茶餐廳,總有一間系附近近的。為什麼會有這麼多茶餐廳還可以生存? 原因很簡單, 茶餐廳的款式選擇多, 價錢便宜, 上桌時間快, 可配合到香港人急速的生活節奏。近年來茶餐廳多了其他類別, 有豪裝的, 有集團的, 有懷舊式,不像以往只是平民化的口味。今天相約了好友於荃灣聚舊, 荃灣近年開設了很多小店舖, 尤其是靠近路德圍附近, 食店林立, 我們都很喜歡嘗試新食店, 於是上了OpenRice搵食. 看過開飯的食評後, 搵到了這間懷舊冰室,決定今晚到這懷舊冰室試一下。我們於6.00PM已到達食店門口, 招牌上有個紅色的番茄, 番茄營養豐富,含大量的維他命C,對身體好處多,食店應該是想標榜其選用健康的材料和烹調方式(不含味精),這裡是健康一族不錯的選擇。雖然時間尚早, 但食店已沒有太多剩餘可選擇的位置,唯有選擇坐近門口的卡位因覺得卡位會比較舒適。這裡用充滿時代感的色調去演繹舊式冰室的裝修概念, 右面一幅牆油上蛋黃色并掛上其招牌菜牌, 一方面可以標榜其招牌菜, 另一方面有舊式冰室的感覺; 而左面那幅牆塗上粉藍色, 牆上掛滿了番茄的掛畫, 再次突出其健康的概念;冰室的頂部更有些懷舊的裝飾物如舊風扇, 舊水壺, 前衞中帶點懷舊感覺。枱上的調味架亦花了不小心思,裝盬和胡椒粉的瓶是用舊可樂瓶,非常別緻啊!餐牌的設計極具心思,以番茄為主要圖案,並寫上“不含味精”,充份突顯其健康烹調的概念。餐牌的種類雖然不算太多,但正所謂貴精不貴多。我們選擇了台式肉燥豬扒飯、冰室炒意粉,每款飯、意粉類都會包一杯飲品。點餐不到5分鐘,侍應生隨即奉上,上菜速度真快。台式肉燥豬扒飯($43):食物一層層的排列着,第一層是肉鬆,第二層是豬扒,第三層是肉碎,最底層是飯;豬扒微微煎香,大約有手掌一樣的大細,肉質軟腍,用刀切開一件件亦沒有難道;肉碎用滷汁煑過,味道夠濃不會過鹹,飯加了小量的甜豉油拌勻肉鬆和肉碎一起吃,特別惹味, 但若食物温暧些會更完美。豬扒飯吃了一半的時候,侍應便呈上冰室炒意粉。冰室炒意粉($48):意粉的份量與餐牌相若,口感煙韌彈牙,配與番茄酱一起炒,味道醱酸甜甜,非常醒胃;配菜有火腿絲和雞柳絲,雞柳肉質軟滑。我們還未吃完已感覺有九成飽肚感覺,可能是女性食量比較細,下次可以只點選一個飯或意粉餐再加些小食已足夠。很欣賞這食店用心的裝修,別緻的餐牌,健康的烹調方法, 將來有機會會再來品嚐其他美食。…Read More
