呢排上網成日都見到唔少人介紹一間位於西環嘅泰式fusion餐廳:享慢煮泰,睇圖見到餐廳裝修得好有格調,食物又十分吸引!🤩🤩 望一望個餐廳名,我先醒起原來佢係我好耐之前喺上環食過一間法國餐廳,享慢煮意嘅姊妹店!😮 嗰時都食到舔舔脷,令我非常回味!我諗呢間姊妹店都應該唔錯,於是今日就book咗檯夜晚過嚟試下!😝.餐廳可能因為太受歡迎,即使已經book咗檯,都要喺門口排一排隊,大概等咗半小時~我實在太肚餓了,一入座櫈都未坐暖就即刻瘋狂咁嗌嘢食!🤣 首先上菜嘅係餐廳最出名嘅fusion料理:冬蔭龍蝦湯流心牛角包!西式嘅牛角包、泰式嘅冬蔭功、法式嘅龍蝦湯,三樣嘢夾埋一齊到底係點嘅呢?🤔.第一件事一定係相機食先!😎 喺牛角包嘅中間切開,等龍蝦湯爆晒漿流出嚟,再影相打卡!金黃色嘅牛角包同奶黃色嘅龍蝦湯真係好夾又好靚!影完相就即刻嚟試下,牛角包外層非常酥脆香口,仲食到好香牛油味!牛角包即叫即整,即使上檯之後影咗一陣相,湯汁都唔會被個包索晒~😋😋.龍蝦湯係幾重冬蔭功味,只係微微辣,而且龍蝦味亦都好鮮好突出~🤩 我最鍾意個湯嘅質感,佢絕對唔係稀溜溜好似水咁嚟hea你,個湯非常creamy又濃郁,係極之惹味!揸住個包,再點下碟上嘅湯,味道好豐富好有層次,亦都感到非常邪惡!🤤🤤.食泰菜點可以唔叫串燒?😝 我嗌咗一份花生醬沙嗲雞串,雞串燒到又香又脆,面頭仲有少少焦焦~雞肉肉質好扎實又嫩滑仲要有點juicy,最正係點埋個秘製花生沙嗲醬,成嚿雞肉微辣又甜甜哋,仲咬到花生粒,真係忍唔住食完一嚿又一嚿!😆😆.叫咗兩個主食,首先出場嘅係真空慢煮挪威三文魚配冬陰燴飯~佢個擺盤有啲似法國菜,相當精緻~平時好少喺出面食熟三文魚,怕嚿魚會煮到乾噌噌,而今次見佢係fusion嘢好似幾得意先叫嚟試試,估唔到有驚喜!😮.三文魚係用慢煮方式炮製,所以魚肉肉質好嫩滑軟綿,仲要好juicy㗎!冬陰燴飯嘅冬陰功味道幾香濃,少酸微辣,不過我覺得就無牛角包嘅冬陰功味咁突出,但咁就唔會蓋過三文魚嘅味道~燴飯亦都相當煙韌,而且粒粒分明!🤤.第二個主食就叫咗泰式燒西班牙黑毛豬頸肉配白飯~食泰國嘢除咗必叫串燒,仲會必叫豬頸肉!😎 呢度嘅豬頸肉燒到夠晒火喉,邊皮少少焦脆,肉唔乾之餘仲有啲油脂,肉質嫩滑又爽口彈牙,點埋自家調製嘅泰式酸汁真係無得頂!🤩.食咗幾樣嘢發現好似無乜點食菜,於是就嗌咗個馬拉盞炒椰菜花(通菜賣晒改做椰菜花)~成碟菜非常香濃惹味!但可能因為係炒椰菜花,馬拉盞醬同調味料炒得有少少唔均勻,所以食個時一啖好鹹、一啖好淡,但我諗如果係炒通菜嘅話就應該唔錯!😋.食咗好多鹹食,最後就來個甜品!呢個甜品名堂好勁,叫椰子雪糕配風乾鳳梨及紫糯米!椰子雪糕係餐廳自家製的,椰子味道好香濃,唔會泰甜,紫糯米軟綿綿好煙韌!風乾鳳梨就係鳳梨乾,甜甜哋又脆卜卜~配埋紫糯米、少少椰絲、少少椰果,成個雪糕嘅口感非常豐富,冰冰涼涼好清爽!😝😝.今次喺享慢煮泰食咗好多嘢,食到好飽好滿足呀!🤤 香港雖然有好多大大小小唔同嘅泰國餐廳,但如果你食到可能有啲厭,覺得泰國嘢好似食嚟食去都係嗰啲,不妨過嚟西環享慢煮泰試下佢嘅特色泰式fusion菜吖!🙈…Read More

PMQ附近間享慢煮意我食過好幾次,早前得悉佢喺西環尾開咗間姊妹店🇹🇭「享慢泰煮」。我想幫襯好耐㗎喇😛,呢日終於約到朋友一齊去食。幸好我哋收得早,七點鐘就到達餐廳,嗰刻都已經有人食緊,之後一直有人入座,未到八點經已全場爆滿,人氣超高👏!我哋用App訂位,如果單點菜式可享折扣優惠,但睇落好似都係晚餐抵食啲🍽。呢度嘅晚餐幾好,彈性高,可以自行揀選食幾多道菜,而每道菜之間就相差$50。冬蔭龍蝦湯流心牛角包,🥐我對流心牛角包並唔陌生,而今次流心嘅餡係富有泰國風味嘅冬蔭功湯,辣辣哋幾惹味🤤。由於夠熱同即刻食,所以湯汁係可以做到流心嘅效果,並唔會索晒落個包度。我個人鍾意佢仲多過法式龍蝦湯,搞到我有啲衝動想追加個湯添。龍蝦鳳梨沙律,🥗沙律菜新鮮,口味獨特,估計加咗啲蜜糖芥茉醬,配合埋菠蘿粒,甜甜的味道令人忘記係食緊草,講笑啫🤣。菜名所指嘅龍蝦其實係小龍蝦肉🦞,當中混入咗蟹籽同沙律醬,無論口感定味道都令人回味。龍蝦汁蟹肉伊麵(+$28),我非常鍾意呢道Fusion菜式,皆因佢用上中式伊麵做麵底,伊麵比起意粉更為掛汁🍝!蟹籽龍蝦汁鹹香濃郁,但並唔會重口味,仲同餸料夾到不得了。🦀蟹肉海量咁多,我真係未見過一碟麵上面有咁多囉,就算假蟹柳都冇啦,而且餐廳將蟹肉處理得好好,一啲蟹殼都冇留低😉。另一邊廂,客人可以選擇加$68要半邊龍蝦,不過我認為唔加都已經好正,但價錢唔貴,都可以考慮吓。招牌西班牙黑毛豬腩配黑毛豬頸,🐷豬,全部都係豬,一次過有齊豬腩肉同豬頸肉,滿足兩個願望。豬腩好邪惡😈,瘦肉連埋肥膏一齊食,口感層次豐富,軟綿嘅脂肪入口即溶,令人又愛又恨;唯一略嫌豬皮唔夠脆。豬頸肉則好大塊,唔乾身,仲好重香茅味添。配菜方面,🎃南瓜蓉香甜不膩,份量又夠多;另外仲有紫椰菜沙律、粟米筍同秋葵,色彩繽紛,好睇又好食。官燕椰子燉蛋白伴北海道紅豆(+$18),雖然我唔鍾意食紅豆,但都覺得個組合幾夾。甜品用上官燕同金箔裝飾,要加錢都好合理吖。🥚而主角燉蛋白自身亦都好出色,因為蛋味醇厚,質感實在,無溝太多水,還原度極高。椰子雪糕配風乾鳳梨及紫糯米,🍨自家製嘅椰子雪糕絕不欺場,而且並不單調,加咗其他配料,以進一步提升泰滋味。🥥雪糕椰香爆滿,搭配埋椰絲同椰果,稱得上係錦上添花;而底部嘅紫糯米唔會過甜,帶點軟糯,同雪糕相映成趣。夏天食呢個冇得輸。飲品方面🥤,除咗水之外,全部項目都要加錢,但定價都算合理,而且選擇繁多,有特飲同酒等。我哋就嗌咗果汁(+$10),分別係蘋果薑汁同有氣紅提子汁,估唔到連飲品都好有誠意。🍎蘋果汁加咗薑,飲落真係會辣喉;而提子汁就並唔係用巨峰糖漿沖嗰啲,反而有啲似紅酒,但冇酒精🍇。題外話,呢度嘅環境同服務都能為餐廳加分👍。店員們態度和藹有禮,服務積極,並會留意客人用餐嘅速度,從而合時地上菜同收碟。環境方面,裝修幾靚,用上唔少植物同吊燈作擺設🪴,而且仲有個大玻璃窗添。即使餐枱密度幾高,但仍留有一定空間,客人坐得舒服。總括嚟講,我對呢餐晚餐超滿意,基本上搵唔到任何一個扣分位💯。食嘅時候,我會覺得份量好似爭少少,特別係豬嗰碟,但食完成餐又OK喎,到瞓時都唔餓。綜合上述各點,😋再加上帶有泰式風味嘅食物更啱我胃口,下次幫襯我會想嚟西環店多啲呢😛。推介🌟!…Read More

前排和朋友去了西環,被這間新餐廳的門口吸引了,原來是泰式fusion菜,而且價錢定位算幾抵,二百多元就可以在高級餐廳格調下食到4 course menu。menu選擇都多,還有後頁比較精緻的main,店員還說可以以4 course menu價錢加錢就可以揀到後面menu的menu,即刻雙眼發光🤩別以為這只是一個普通的牛角包,其實這間餐廳特色之一!🥐法式龍蝦湯流心牛角包:一切開牛角包內的湯流曬出來,改變湯和包要分開食的傳統(所以大家要小心點切開)。龍蝦湯好濃香,配上香脆的牛角包,每一口都好滿足。🥐冬蔭龍蝦湯流心牛角包:冬蔭公湯喝下去好有泰國的味道,少少辣配上牛角包上的椰絲甜味,帶來多重味覺享受。🦪燒美國生蠔配泰式辣汁:靚蠔配美酒,感覺很chill。蠔好肥美,而且是半生熟的,更能帶出蠔的鮮甜味,夾上少少辣的泰國醬,頗特別的。🌟冬蔭龍蝦汁繪海鮮:這裡的冬蔭功好出色,湯底非常惹味,而且不會太辣,撈飯一起吃格外滋味。除鮮蝦外,還有帶子、蜆、青口 ,可以逐一品嚐。🌟真空慢煮挪威三文魚配冬蔭意大利飯:如果喜歡比較thick texture的冬蔭辣味,可以吃這個。將一口的risotto放在口中一會慢慢品嚐,會吃到先是椰香味,然後是冬蔭功的辣味,而且risotto比一般西餐廳更入味。慢煮三文魚肉質亦好嫩滑,非常高質。此外,還點了杯賣相好吸引的Birdie Martini,好易入口,會想一喝再喝。 甜品是Crème brûlée,焦糖皮脆得來不會太甜,還有好滑的燉蛋,製作用心。整題來說,這裡是間非常有心思,高級餐廳格局平民價泰式fusion菜,下次再來😋…Read More

西環堅尼地城蘇豪區開了一間新的泰國餐廳,它們主要賣牛角包,把牛角包演繹得維肖維妙,連不是太喜歡牛角包的卡米拉也十分讚!Lemon Grass餐廳位於加多近山,在堅尼地城蘇豪區中帶著一份寧靜。Soft Opening Menu 可選兩道菜至四道菜,價錢由$148至$228加一。我們選擇了四道菜的餐,有牛角包、前菜、主菜及甜品。跟餐的飲品需要另外加$10,也沒有什麼特色,我們就沒有點。另外也可單點。龍蝦湯流心牛角包及冬蔭龍蝦湯流心牛角包各有特色,牛角包的酥皮鬆香。兩者一切開,湯汁就湧出來。龍蝦湯流心牛角包比較西式,適合喜歡傳統料理的食客。冬蔭功龍蝦湯的口味比較新穎,牛角包吸收了兩款湯的湯頭也很有驚喜。前菜我們選了燒美國生蠔及龍蝦鳳梨沙律。生蠔看起來很肥美,蠔輕輕燒過保留了海水味,呈半濕潤狀態,配上泰式辣汁很清新。龍蝦鳳梨沙律入口清新,龍蝦也很鮮美。主菜我們選了冬蔭龍蝦汁燴海鮮及泰式燒西班牙黑毛豬頸肉。這個龍蝦汁的味道和牛角包內的龍蝦湯,似乎選咖哩入饌的主菜會有較多變化。海鮮份量也不少,有青口、帶子、蝦等,全部也很鮮甜。泰式燒西班牙黑毛豬頸肉相對而言沒有太大特色,不過肉汁也能好好鎖住。最後以甜品作結。法式焦糖燉蛋入口嫩滑,甜度不高。椰子雪糕配鳳梨及紫糯米中雪糕椰汁味很香,黑糯米米香味十足。…Read More

成日都好鍾意試唔同國家菜式fusion嘅餐廳,今次聽講有間新開嘅泰式fusion菜,仲要喺堅尼地城咁近我,就搵埋一位同我一樣咁鍾意泰式風情嘅朋友一齊去食啦。餐廳有份soft opening menu,有得揀two/ three/ four courses,為食嘅我地就揀左four courses,每set都只需$228,有一份流心牛角包、一份starter,一個main同埋一個dessert。唔知係因為soft opening先咁抵,定之後都會係呢個價錢咁抵食啦。🦞冬蔭龍蝦湯流心牛角包喺中間一刀切落去,啲冬蔭功龍蝦湯流曬出黎,成個畫面好靚。冬蔭功味比較重,稍微有啲掩蓋左龍蝦湯嘅味,所以似係比較creamy嘅冬蔭功湯,但都好好食。🥐法式龍蝦湯流心牛角包呢個嘅龍蝦湯味濃好多,我個人比較鍾意呢個。牛角包中間浸滿龍蝦湯好正。🦪燒美國生蠔配泰式辣汁(Starter)每份有兩隻生蠔。每隻生蠔都好大隻,差唔多有手掌咁大隻,上面滿佈泰式辣汁,個汁有啲似明爐烏頭個汁嘅味,好正。我地叫左兩份。🥩瑪莎曼咖哩和牛尾(Main)咖哩好香濃,味道係甜甜地,唔辣但好食。和牛尾有三大舊,肉質好嫩滑。仲有啲煮得好軟淋嘅紅蘿蔔,配白飯一流。🍣真空慢煮挪威三文魚 配冬蔭意大利飯(Main,+$18)店員推介話呢道菜係呢幾日新出嘅,佢話呢個risotto唔係用意大利飯嗰隻米,係用泰國米。聽落覺得幾特別,所以揀左呢個。慢煮嘅三文魚特別嫩滑,同埋佢表面燒過,燒得有啲日式嘅炙燒三文魚咁,幾香幾好食。泰國米煮risotto幾特別,冇平時嘅risotto咁硬身,冬蔭功味濃而又唔會太酸,好食。🥥椰子雪糕 配風乾鳳梨 及紫糯米 用cocktail杯裝住好靚,勁啱打卡用。椰子雪糕嘅椰子味好濃,會食到中間有椰絲。配上風乾鳳梨同埋紫糯米,充滿泰國風情。🍮真空慢煮法式焦糖燉蛋呢個好好食!好彩有叫!焦糖燉蛋上面有一塊燒過嘅風乾鳳梨,燉蛋底下又有啲菠蘿蓉,好特別。個燉蛋係慢煮嘅,問過店員,佢話要煮兩個鐘。比起平時嘅焦糖燉蛋,呢個慢煮嘅燉蛋更加creamy更加滑,食落個口感好似食緊mousse咁,但又充滿蛋香,好食。我覺得自己會再黎食!…Read More
