朕都好耐無微服出巡喇,今日朕既隨從就同朕講,有一間高麗菜應讓幾啱朕既口胃,於是朕今日就去到旺角既梨滿園韓國料理試下,睇下係咪真係咁有高麗風味!朕一坐低連餐牌都未睇,阿豬媽店小二就過黎斟水同埋奉上韓式六小碟,比朕一路食一路聽佢介紹有咩野係必試既,而朕每次食高麗菜都係必點既紅燜牛肋骨,呢度既紅燜牛肋骨燜到非常之腍身,但係又唔會一夾就散哂,食落又有好香濃既牛味,而啲蘿蔔仲吸收哂啲牛肉既香味同埋超腍身,真係低讚!呢個韓式醬油蟹就係阿豬媽力推既,朕喺高麗都試過,不過朕就覺得過鹹,店小二就話呢度既唔會,朕就信下佢,醬蟹大小適中,又有蟹膏,醬蟹朕只係會食個蟹蓋既啫,超好味,啲飯有蟹膏既香同鮮味,加埋啲紫菜拌飯超好味,啲蟹腳就留俾隨從們吧!食高麗菜又點少得烤肉呢,朕就叫左個~特選牛肋骨(無醃),特選牛肋骨肥瘦適中,雪花分佈均勻,一睇就知係好野,阿豬媽話(無醃)既肉燒完之後就點少少鹽,就可以吊出佢既肉味,而醃過既就點少少醬油可以更好味。特選牛肋骨(無醃),肉味香濃,肉質嫩滑,用生菜包住,加埋蒜片同埋沙律菜食落可以清新啲,真係食幾多都唔會(漏)呀!紅椒醬醃五花腩片,肥瘦適中,烤五花腩張啲油迫哂出黎,食落香口而紅椒醬醃又夠哂入味,真係連醬油都唔哂沾呀!而秘制豬手,份量都好大,豬皮好煙靭,而肉身亦都好入味,多人食先食得哂!辣汁拌冷麵,鮮紅色既辣汁,睇落好似好辣,但係食落又好似唔係好辣,全因加左大量梨汁同梨肉,食落有甜甜辣辣既感覺(有個隨從話食到流鼻水)!朕就當然無事啦!而冷麵食落夠彈牙,食得辣既朋友不妨一試!------完------…Read More

話說我年尾應該會去韓國但我都仲未食過醬油蟹咁我去到韓國點對比呢?所以我的朋友就帶我去嘗試一下佢覺得好味的店【梨滿園韓國料理】先來6小碟, 南瓜同泡菜個款我最喜歡其他都只係一般般啦~首先我一定要介紹我最期待的醬油蟹第1啖入口~~甜甜地既、唔腥架!!生蟹既肉原來係唔算好癡殼食食下就會有點辣味,不過是普通食到微辣的人可以接受到的所以對我來說是有點辣味,但我完全可以當無辣來食~朋友亦教授蟹蓋撈飯真係不得了的好味,飯好似將蟹既鮮甜、蟹膏的味道提升了!!大家order醬油蟹一定要叫個飯真的令蟹蓋更加好味!!!生牛肉:軟稔的牛柳條用上秘制醬油醃上拌以配料,有雪梨、青瓜、紅椒及生蛋攪拌後一啖放入口,清爽既配料消去了牛肉多餘的油膩感亦提升左牛肉既鮮味!!原來生牛肉係解甜既味道架~呢間店更有好多韓燒食品大部分肉類都唔錯架,尤其係醃左既牛肋骨而韓燒唔少得既就係緊用生菜及配菜包著肉類食啦~可以減輕油膩感,而且總係覺得食點菜之後,就個肚就可以繼續食燒肉!!!鮮大蝦:上台時只用簡單既調味,足以證明新鮮啦~職員教授燒蝦技巧:燒好一邊先好反轉另一邊燒燒至外殼有少少焦香,真係陣陣大蝦既味道!!咬落去啖啖肉,好滿足~蝦肉爽口彈牙,好新鮮既感覺。鮮帶子:原隻帶子只用海鹽和黑胡椒調味,帶出海水味。而最重要係當天有位好友燒烤得很好令咬下去時仍然JUICY美味!!…Read More

幾個月前在尖沙咀去了一間叫梨x園的餐廳,價錢貴都沒所謂,但food court都不如的水準,叫人難以接受。與媽媽朋友聚會,有人說去旺角吃韓燒,餐廳環境好,有足夠的空間放BB車,叫梨滿園⋯我心裡涼了一截,還要在女人街⋯我只記得這裡的廉價放題⋯我與蝦米腸坐巴士來到旺角,在女人街中找尋Deli2…忽然看到一個很光鮮的門面,入邊是升降機,最裡面還有一間甜品店。原來Deli2才開了幾個月,這裡一共有7間食店!梨滿園是在一樓,卡位很闊落,坐得很舒服呢。看餐牌才知道不是任食那種…梨滿園是正式的韓國餐廳,韓式燒肉、醬油蟹、人參雞湯、水冷麵等等都有,我心裡暗自興奮(笑)。店員立即送上六小碟。先來的是韓式生醃醬油蟹($138),我極為喜歡的生醃蟹。醬油蟹的蟹膏澎湃,味道也好。美中不足的是毛蟹比較細隻。蛋拌生牛肉絲($128)是我的必點item,想不到梨滿園的生牛肉比佐敦、尖沙咀的老牌韓國餐廳的還要出色。牛肉絲上檯時的凍的,但絕不是冰的,再加上蛋黃、梨絲和生蒜,順滑微甜的生牛肉超好吃啊!燒肉出場了!打頭陣的是烤牛脷($88)、特選牛肋骨(無醃,$168)和濟洲島黑毛豬五花腩(無醃,$138)。光看樣子就知道是無得輸的,高級的肉類,就算不調味都非常可口。用了紙墊著來燒,可以吸油,而且感覺沒有那麼熱氣。友人的燒烤技術更是錦上添花。鄰座的朋友把鮮大蝦(4隻,$128)燒到體無完膚,原來吃韓燒也是技術活(笑)。香煎辣泡菜餅($78)的厚薄適中,香脆煙韌,帶泡菜的酸辣,我很喜歡,我吃了超過半個…可能大家都沒有我大食…(汗)之前去尖沙咀的梨x園,人參雞比Food Count的還要差,就算當普通雞湯喝我也嫌味道太淡…梨滿園的高麗人參雞湯(大,$160)卻很足料,湯內的人參鬚還有甘味。雞肚內當然還有糯米和紅棗等。繼續燒肉,無骨背肩肉($168)的紋理很漂亮,辣汁五花腩肉($78)很惹味,不過只是微辣。最特別的是烤豬皮($68),朋友說要用生菜蓋著來烤,否則會彈油。烤豬皮非常chewy,應該充滿骨膠原。順帶一提,梨滿園的飲品才$10至$14,以餐廳來說非常便宜。梨滿園的水準之高,令我對女人街的食肆改觀。…Read More

友人知我放假,下午約我去吃價格相宜的韓燒。餐廳地方非常廣闊,裝修較傳統,座位舒適。中午人流較少,吃得較寫意。餐前小吃有六款,我不愛吃辣,較喜愛小白菜,芽菜,薯仔等。多年來吃韓國燒烤,由百德新街的高麗安娜餐廳,巨龜莊,新羅寶等,我必吃牛肋骨,因當時的選擇不多,豬牛雞肉,牛肋骨有濃郁牛味,粗獷有嚼勁,而且加了梨子的韓國醃肉醬汁最得我心,令肉質更鬆軟外,還帶點可愛的甜味。當然,面前的牛肋骨也是無懈可擊,紋理分佈均勻,味道同樣精采。豬腩肉,將肥肉燒至出油,瘦的部份更香,更軟滑;燒牛舌也見軟滑,口感怡人。烤肉還可以生菜包著吃,無咁熱氣之餘,也可均衡飲食。燒大蝦,很新鮮,顏色豔麗,蝦殼受火後,香氣瀰漫滿室,蝦肉爽甜。高麗人參雞湯,以傳統石鍋盛著來,熱騰騰的,人參味不太濃烈,雞肉已煲至糜爛,還有些糯米,好補身的湯。還有醃過的辣豬腩肉,但不是我杯茶!…Read More
