今日放工後相約朋友吃個晚飯我們都有點久違潮州菜的味道在公司附近就找到這間陳儀興一坐下店員便為我們奉上功夫茶做法和舊式潮州菜館無異茶味濃郁回甘為晚飯揭開序幕我們點了大眼雞魚飯魚飯者乃潮州人以魚作飯用鹽水蒸煮的大眼雞保留了魚肉的原汁原味開了邊的魚身啖啖肉再沾上普寧豆醬更提鮮不少再點了招牌鵝三寶三寶包括鵝件鵝腸鵝肝豆腐鵝件肉味濃且不會死咸鵝腸新鮮爽脆鵝肝嫩滑再點了乾貝春菜煲簡單煮法帶出春菜獨有的清新我們都點了胡椒咸菜鮮豬肚湯微辣的胡椒配上咸菜豬肚的惹味味道剛剛配合到恰到的好處再加上兩碗潮州白粥為這頓飯畫上完美的句號

滷水鵝三寶,鵝腸爽滑彈牙,鵝肝味道算不錯,唯鵝肉比較乾柴,以三百元來說,份量偏少。滷水汁不算味濃。九肚魚烙,蛋少魚多(!),蛋漿不算脆,和魚肉混合起來的口感比較軟。個人認為這種質感較一般蠔仔餅好吃。乾貝春菜煲,春菜很腍,亦被高湯浸走大部分菜味。很普通。咸菜胡椒浸台山蠔,比較特色的菜式。很重胡椒味(類似胡椒豬肚雞湯),咸菜不太咸,蠔有一點點腥(有些人會覺得這是鮮味)。味道還是不錯的。反沙芋頭,據說很巧功夫。由相片來說,功夫應該合格。有很清晰的芋頭味和糖衣味,不過個人不太懂得欣賞這道菜。埋單三個人1078元。總括,比一般集團式餐廳明顯較好(價錢相若),不過味道不算有驚喜。如果你吃飯旨在欣賞菜式,而不在於吃飽暖身,那麼可以試試海鮮款式(涷蟹、各種魚類),手工菜等,或許會帶來驚喜。
