最近去咗網友介紹嘅新北江商場  "食遇上海料理",價錢和食物都很大眾化,雖然座位不多,但食物質素唔錯,就決定食呢間試一試啦。上海排骨擔擔麵     $45擔擔麵份量都唔少,麵質柔軟帶麵粉香,擔擔肉醬好香甜,呢個份量兩個人share就啱啱好喇。排骨炸至金黃,口感酥脆,外層粉漿唔會太厚,內裡唔乾身,食落好香口。菜肉雲吞擔擔麵    $45          上海菜肉雲吞比廣東雲呑較為大隻,呢度啲雲吞餡料滿滿,肉味鮮嫩多汁,菜亦都好新鮮,這碗同樣係擔擔麵湯底,濃郁花生味、肉碎、蒜蓉同蔥花,口感特別豐富,層次增加。可自由揀選辣度、花生湯底、麻辣湯底或加錢轉粗麵/年糕。花雕醉雞    $46呢碟以嫩滑嘅雞肉醃製係花雕酒中,帶嚟酒香撲鼻嘅獨特風味,雞肉吸入咗花雕酒,入口滑嫩同時又帶有微微嘅酒香味道。上海小籠包    $32依間嘅小籠包係即叫即蒸,熱辣辣嘅上海小籠包,原汁原味,新鮮滿滿嘅餡料,湯汁好足料,一唔小心就會溢出嚟,充滿肉味,味道香濃好鮮甜。黑豆漿    $12     白豆漿    $12無論黑豆或黃豆,兩款豆味都係濃,甜度適中,只係少少甜,飲起嚟順口。…Read More

今日又同老友食晚餐,佢話想順便係新北江玩夾公仔所以就選扯新北江搵食,作為美食家既我當然就上網搵下有無d新野食啦,發現到呢間應該新開無耐既上海餐小店未試過,就一於黎試試啦。新北江小店都出晒名真係好小,所以堂食就一定唔會好坐,鋪仔細細擺到出門口都係幾張枱,所以好多人都選擇外賣,見到店家都係咁收外賣單。好啦坐底睇下餐牌,主打都係上海麵食,都有菜飯,配菜都大同小異,係睇下跟飯定跟咩麵,小店形式貴精不貴多。椒鹽排骨擔擔麵擔擔麵湯底好濃厚,好細微既辣味加少少花生香,個人認為再加d花生碎就完美,上海拉麵估計係手拉麵,麵質爽口彈牙唔易斷,椒鹽排骨新鮮炸外皮香脆內裡就略乾dd唔太過份,加上椒鹽就比較惹味d。上海排骨擔擔麵擔擔麵同樣出色唔多講啦,上海排骨就比起我果份椒鹽排骨略淡d,但就炸得無咁乾同樣都好香脆。上海小籠包新鮮蒸起上枱已出晒煙,湯汁豐富,係外皮厚左dd。黑豆漿跟餐加8蚊有枝裝豆漿,有黑有白,不過都係來貨野味道一般,順帶一題呢度飲品只有豆漿同汽水,無奶茶咖啡果d的。整體黎講呢度擔擔麵幾出色,食物質素算唔錯價錢都唔貴,我會再黎食,環境就一般般介意既多數選擇外賣。…Read More
