To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果喜歡食越式泰式口味,這裡又係一個推薦嘅地方,雖然餐廳唔算大,人多時要等位,但係食物質素同價錢絕對好味超值,加上以小店經營,現在更加要多多支持!晚市嘅2人套餐分量足超抵食,以$228哩個價錢就已包括2款餐牌上的粉麵飯/咖喱之餘跟一客泰式青木瓜沙律,3款小食(每款有3件),2杯飲品,加$30仲可以額外多選其他小食一份今晚就點了冬蔭公香茅豬扒湯河粉及火車頭湯河粉先來泰式青木瓜沙律,青木瓜沙律味道香辣,而且冰冰涼涼,開胃又清爽,入口清新開胃!火車頭湯河粉,以牛骨熬製湯底味道清甜香濃,香味十分濃郁,而湯底相當清徹。配料有充滿膠原蛋白同口感淡嫩不膩嘅牛筋,上枱時仲係微紅肉香嫩滑嘅肥牛及爽口彈牙嘅牛丸,呢一碗絕對係招牌菜,識食都一定會點之選!冬蔭公香茅豬扒湯河粉,冬蔭公湯底有濃郁酸辣味,椰香味十足,而香茅豬扒夠酥香味道唔錯、河粉份量足夠!3款小食就點了蒜香雞翼、河內芋頭海鮮春卷、泰式酸辣鳳爪蒜香雞翼~蒜香濃郁,外面香脆可口,十分美味!河內芋頭海鮮春捲~以糯米製作的透明春捲皮,卜卜脆十分討好,雖然海鮮感覺不多覺,但非常有芋香!泰式酸辣鳳爪口感爽脆,味道刺激,甜、酸、辣同時衝擊味蕾,好吃到停不了口!加了$30點了泰式燒豬頸肉大大份,加埋入口特別軟滑爽彈的口感飲品分別點了牛油果奶昔,由鮮牛油果打成奶昔,口感非常豐厚鹹檸檬七喜有檸檬的酸甜和柑橘香,又有海鹽的鹹鮮,且帶有一絲微苦和滑膩的口感,對於今晚較濃味嘅選擇帶來點潤喉又舒服! continue reading
