今年3月中去咗一轉越南芽莊,輕鬆渡吓假,由於芽莊喺個沿海城市,海產豐富,所以,嗰幾日我哋食海鮮居多,反而越湯粉就較少食。今晚兩公婆就懶煮,出嚟尋味搵食支持吓本土經濟,近近哋揀「河內越式料理」,貪佢一出地鐵站口附近就喺,加上風評不俗,定價實惠。雖然鋪仔細細,但裝修都幾骨子,偏向摩登嘅設計,唔多見啲傳統嘅越南擺設,反而有啲藝術嘅裝飾,個人嚟講,最緊要喺乾淨企理,坐落感覺舒服。食物嘅選擇都幾多種類,包括越式湯粉、越式撈檬、飯類、越式三文治、米紙卷類、沙律類、濱海類、小食、廚師推介、精選菜式……等等,最抵食喺個「優惠二人餐」,不過,啲湯粉選擇唔喺好啱老婆心水,加上佢有唔喺必須嗌嘢飲,而散點又有追加小食,計落個價錢都OK喎。餐牌最尾一頁喺飲品,包括多款特色飲品、沙冰,為顧及個別人士需要,亦提供少量港式飲品 同埋幾款暖意風情熱飲。最好就喺嗌咗主食,有得加配飲品,唔一定要叫套餐同樣可以慳返好多。枱面就放咗一啲特色嘅調味醬料,而餐具、餐紙、牙簽等就放晌枱側拉櫃中,排列整齊,自由取用。越式手打炸蝦餅(細)$33既然可以追加小食,當然用盡啲配額啦,先試一客炸蝦餅,喺咪真喺手打就唔知,但食落真喺好彈牙,又夠蝦鮮味,外層炸得脆口,卻唔油膩。上湯灼田原菜 $20老婆就鍾意食多啲菜,當然額外嗌多碟灼菜俾佢啦,雖然睇表面只喺灼菜一碟,食落又覺得有啲唔同,啲生菜以上湯灼,我估就正正喺淥河粉啲牛骨湯,所以,特別有陣陣香味。越式河內三寶飯 $72食燒味經常都會聽到三寶、四寶飯,估唔到呢度都有個三寶飯,可以一次過試晒香茅豬扒、香茅雞翼同扎肉,睇相都見份量十足,配埋啲醃菜,平衡返啲炸嘢。豬扒好鬆化,雞翼就好嫩滑,炸得香口,充滿香茅味,扎肉好有彈牙感,絕對唔啲平假貨,此外老婆竟然讚啲白飯好食,話軟熟得嚟有口感,我就鍾意撈埋啲甜豉油同蔥油一齊食,滋味滿分。順化蕃茄蟹肉扎肉湯檬 $68大大碗湯檬嚟到,好墜手,好夠份量,睇啲色已經覺得好對辦,未食都有期望。通常嚟啲越南餐廳食湯河都牛骨湯,蕃茄湯就比較少,先試啖湯,蕃茄味酸香鮮活,絕對唔喺搵茄膏推嗰啲貨色,再唧少少柑桔汁,更有畫龍點睛之效。最開心就喺唔使動手就食到啖啖蟹肉,呢個先喺我叫佢嘅重點;至於啲檬粉,入口都好滑溜,而且,份量真喺估唔到嘅多,真抵食。鮮芒果沙冰 $36沙冰嘅份量非常之足,夠晒大杯,滿到瀉咁滯,好有睇頭,仲加咗少少芒果粒作點綴,沙冰嘅芒果味好清甜,口感幼細,飲到尾都飲唔到咩碎冰,反而感覺有少少似奶昔,總之就襯晒熱焫焫嘅湯檬!西洋菜街搞搞吓可以講喺發展咗成條食街,兩旁食肆林立,選擇非常之多,又各有特色。而我哋今晚食咁多嘢都喺二百鬆啲,真喺好抵,嘢食又有質素喎,加埋份量十足,值得再撐嘅小店。 continue reading

西洋菜南街的河內越式料理,在週末的中午過來吃,餐廳坐滿客人,我在門外等了大約10分鐘才有座位呢!生牛肉湯河粉這個招牌菜每次來也會必點,河粉好滑,配上生牛肉的湯,不是味精湯,食完之後唔會口渴! 順化蕃茄蟹肉扎肉湯檬蕃茄湯底帶有濃郁的蟹肉及蝦殼香味,十分出色的湯檬,好味到最後會飲晒成碗湯!追加小食越式炸春卷(2件)香脆可口,正宗的味道!越式手打蝦餅(細)蝦餅好食, 炸衣部份炸得啱啱好飲品叫了椰汁冰及芒果沙冰,消暑解渴,正常發揮! 香茅沙嗲雞肉串燒,即炸即整,配埋個沙嗲醬汁,一流! continue reading

行行下落毛毛雨,急急腳喺附近搵嘢食,男友話呢間佢前同事幾鍾意食,帶我去試下豬頸肉撈檬 $64 珍多冰跟餐+$10豬頸肉香嫩脆口,隨意淋上酸酸甜甜的魚露,令人胃口大開!至於珍多冰椰子味濃,又唔會太甜牛肉撈檬 $63 青檸汽水跟餐+$10牛肉味濃,加上白芝麻,而且量好多,好抵食!青檸加汽水好清新!順化炸蝦餅 $74男友推介之蝦餅,果然炸得金黃香脆,點上甜酸醬,好惹味!香茅沙嗲雞肉串燒 $68上枱時,我地都好奇,沙嗲醬另上,自己點,又別有一番風味! continue reading

今日去左旺角行街,見到呢間食越南料理餐廳都多人食,於是決定入去食個午餐。餐廳環境舒適,裝修別緻,落完餐後好快就上菜。我哋叫左無骨酸辣鳳爪,呢款小食份量夠,鳳爪爽口,配上芹菜、洋蔥、蘿蔔絲一齊食,酸辣開胃。上湯灼田園蔬用左牛骨熬製上湯灼,每啖菜都食到牛嘅上湯味,健康得黎又好味。街頭香葉卷撈檬用左香葉包住碎豬肉,香葉卷炸得甘香鬆化,配埋清爽撈檬一齊食,好夾。軟殼蟹米紙卷好足料,外層係軟軟嘅米紙,內層係香口吧軟殼蟹,口感豐富。另外叫左兩杯飲品:牛油果沙冰清新解渴,每啖都飲到清香牛油果味,沙冰又整得好綿滑。凍越南滴漏咖啡飲落偏甜,但又保留左咖啡香味,有越南風味。總括而言,餐廳坐得舒服同性價比高,得閒可以再黎食。 continue reading
