apm food court內的泰國菜,雖然價格偏貴,但和這food court內其他餐廳的餐飲價格大致相仿。不過總體來說,這裡的食物還是不錯,挺好吃的。豬頸肉金邊粉 $72金邊粉的口感有嚼勁和彈性,煙煙韌韌,調味酸中帶甜,味道足夠。豬頸肉的份量大概有7-8塊,都頗多,味道正常,唔會乾。泰式春卷 $42春卷是幼細的,夠熱辣辣,內餡有蔬菜、少少肉碎和粉絲。雖然味道不錯,但四條春卷以42元的價格來說稍微有些貴。 continue reading

公眾假期的晚上7點晚飯時間,好驚人山人海,不過發現food court 意外地唔使等好耐就有位坐。各式各樣嘅美食,真是會花多眼亂,😵‍💫選擇困難症出現,稍稍留意到,看似泰國菜較受歡迎咁,而且餐牌一目了然🔖,於是決定試試:📍黃咖喱蟹肉飯🍛看見餐牌,例如海南雞飯、泰式豬手飯,金邊粉……等等,都想食但最後選擇了較少食嘅蟹肉飯。雖然賣相欠佳,但味道唔錯,份量都多而且黃咖喱部分毫不吝嗇,蟹肉部分都有誠意。很喜歡泰式咖喱,無論係青、紅、黃咖喱都特別惹味,送飯無得輸。 continue reading

呢一日係官塘夜晚要上堂,諗住係apm 食個快飯,一於就左food court 搵野食,見到呢間泰國野好多人買,我都一於試下。後尾先知原來呢間係泰國既過江龍,米芝蓮既推介。🐷海南雞飯 $72海南雞份量唔少,全部肉都係起左骨既,食起黎啖啖肉。雞肉配既3款醬係平時常見甜味黑醬油,薑蓉同埋酸辣汁。雞肉食起黎無雪味,仲食到好有雞味,點3款醬都好夾。至於油飯又係好香香茅味,雖然係油飯,但又唔會話食到成口油。快飯黎講呢個絕對係好選擇,好食得黎唔會話好頹 continue reading

早前小編看雜誌報導,有間泰國過江龍【Baan Phadthai】衝出泰國,選址觀塘APM 的Food Fiesta美食廣場。貴為泰國米芝蓮必比登推介,最近還在將軍澳坑口開了間正式餐廳。今日去開官塘APM,把握機會一試!如果好食的話再拉隊去將軍澳店試下!來自泰國的街頭小食店,當然不能缺少泰式海南雞及滷水豬手。Baan在泰文解House,Phadthai解炒金邊粉,即是餐廳主打Phad Thai 泰式炒金邊粉。有四款炒金邊粉選擇:雞肉$72、豬頸肉$72、大蝦$93及蟹肉$93。另外有7款飯類選擇。今次先試吃餐廳最出名的炒金邊粉,留返下次再食泰式海南雞及滷水豬手。【蟹肉炒金邊粉 $93】這個蟹肉金邊粉配料豐富,有炒蛋、豆腐干粒、芽菜、蛋絲、蝦乾等,伴碟又有青檸、辣椒碎及花生碎,讓客人自由加入增添味道。當然,金邊粉上舖滿大量蟹肉,但是味道不太有蟹肉味 ⋯⋯ 當然,一分錢一分貨,$100不到的蟹肉炒金邊粉,又怎可能期望會係今天新鮮蟹肉?醬汁是泰式炒金邊粉的靈魂,以羅望子汁、棕櫚糖、魚露及丁香製成,令金邊粉有甜、酸、鹹味。不過,這個金邊粉炒得不夠火喉又不透香。金邊粉煙韌,但是味道徧甜。整體來說,只是普普通通的炒金邊粉,真的是米之蓮推介?同將軍澳店價錢比較,將軍澳店蟹肉金邊粉$138 vs  Food Fiesta 分店 $92,豬頸肉金邊粉將軍澳店 $88 vs Food Fiesta 分店 $72。Food Fiesta 分店價錢平D又免加一,但相信廚房設施有限,影響了廚師發揮及出品味道;加上食物款式選擇不多,下次有機會去將軍澳店試下。 continue reading

從前都未聽過 Baan Phadthai難得有機會試下,就真是好啦!我最喜歡食:青木瓜䶢蛋沙律 HK$49 冬陰功湯 HK$62但這次試的:炆豬手飯 HK$63豬手的味道有點似豬軟骨!豬手的軟硬度剛剛好適中!豬手的份量和配菜都好夠!旁邊還多了隻「溏心蛋」之類,還有一碗冬瓜肉清湯,和醬汁。是意料之外的「好食!」只是飯的份量,對於少食飯的我,的而且確是多了,食不完,是有點浪費,但若勉強食的話,對身體不好。下次要請厨師「少飯」 continue reading
