長假期前最後一個工作天, 放工後同事帶咗我去中環石板街呢間主打串燒店食dinner。餐廳座位以吧檯為主, 環境光鮮企理。餐廳所有串燒都由日本師傅主理, 以炭火燒製, 坐近吧檯仲可以見到師傅密密燒。飲品方面有多款清酒、梅酒供應, 唔飲酒嘅我就揀咗呢杯【Fresh Lemon Sour】HK$78味道有如冇氣嘅鹹檸七【Tsukune】HK$48免治雞肉棒表面燒至微微焦香, 口感軟嫩多汁, 蘸上蛋黃醬油, 口感更滑。【Soft bone】HK$42三角軟骨連帶少少雞翼, 口感爽脆, 加咗少少黑椒, 又焦香, 幾香口。【Chicken wing】HK$48雞翼已被去骨, 表面燒得金黃, 加咗少少鹽調味, 外脆內嫩, keep到肉汁。【Skin】HK$45雞皮燒得邊邊位帶點焦燶, 雞皮爽口不會過於油膩, 沾咗鹹甜燒汁, 正!【Green onion roll】HK$48薄豚肉片包住大量蔥段, 燒後帶少少油香, 既有層次又香口, 又能平衡豚肉嘅膩。【Asparagus roll】HK$45薄豚肉片包住露筍, 露筍爽脆多汁, 平衡了油香豚肉片嘅膩。【Engawa part gizzard】HK$45非常爽口, 可能預送酒食, 所以味道特意調得鹹咗少少。【Corn】HK$38粟米清甜多汁, 散發陣陣炭燒香。【Chicken soup udon】HK$88奶白色湯底, 濃郁香甜, 烏冬吸咗湯汁, 又林又滑, 配有大量京蔥食, 香口美味。【Matcha ice cream with black honey & kinako】HK$58份量令人好滿足! 脆餅夾住兩球綠茶味雪糕, 加咗少少黃豆粉同埋黑糖醬, 整體唔會太甜, 正! 繼續閱讀

這間鳥匠,已食了超過10次,每次都保持高水準,由日本師傅親自燒,佢燒嘅雞真係好好味,尤其是個特別部位:chicken oyster. 皮脆肉嫩,另外就係個和牛配海膽,真係超級好味(但$300有點貴)。佢嘅師傅燒食物實在態度非常認真,會慢慢同你燒到脆為止,而且能夠保留肉汁,非常Juicy。我最欣賞佢嘅地方,係佢能夠成功將佢自己嘅碳味,入到晒落啲肉,所以食落好香。呢間舖係用備長炭的。佢嘅價錢唔係特別抵,但如果你要食高質嘅日本串燒,呢間絕對係首選。 繼續閱讀
