What truly impressed me was the attention to detail - a delicate lemon slice and a sprig of mint adorned the glass, elevating the beverage from mere refreshment to a visual delight.Old Fire Bath:The bite-sized portions of marinated meat were served on skewers, accompanied by a selection of dipping sauces. The meat boasted a charred exterior, hinting at the bold flavors within. With every bite, a delightful explosion of spices danced on my palate, a symphony of sweet, savory, and smoky notes. The textures ranged from tender to slightly crispy, contributing to a satisfyingly complex mouthfeel. The Old Fire Bath was not only a flavorful prelude but also an homage to the art of grilling perfected over generations.Braised Rice with Shredded Fire Duck.:The tender shredded duck rested atop a bed of fluffy, fragrant jasmine rice, which had absorbed the essence of the braising liquid. The sauce that enveloped the duck was a symphony of flavors - a harmonious blend of soy, ginger, and subtle heat. Each forkful was a delightful journey through layers of taste and texture. The duck melted in the mouth, offering an irresistible combination of tenderness and robust flavor. 剛剛早上約10點光顧叫了A,B西式早餐，兩個早餐要煎蛋A餐要魚柳，阿姐單B餐落錯沙嗲牛肉麵，A餐落錯雞扒，好了B餐退回再出煎蛋變炒蛋，再退回才出得啱，當時餐廳才不到10桌客侍應10幾個這樣也能出錯幾次，晚飯不想像，不會再光顧。

觀塘牛頭角一帶有好多唔同類型嘅餐廳所以都好耐冇嚟食 今日心思思想食個燒味飯所以就過嚟呢間餐廳度食一坐低就嗌個雙拼燒味飯燒鴨拼切雞飯等咗一陣 個飯就送到嚟🤪首先個白飯係熱辣辣唔會太乾，又唔會太濕 煮到啱啱好👍🏻唔好睇到啲鴨同雞咁少 但係啖啖肉一啖肉一啖飯 再加埋啲薑蓉送飯簡單又滿足🤭快靚正👍🏻👍🏻久唔久就會想過嚟幫襯食飯我諗呢間餐廳都係附近打工仔嘅飯堂😜最緊要係啲姐姐服務又好見到仲新加咗有機械人送餐添！🤣🤣

超方便嘅位置, 係牛頭角站行過去幾分鐘就到餐廳入面環境空間都大, 所以坐到嘅位都好闊落唔會同隔離檯嘅人太埋, 幾舒服 !!價錢方面䁽過眼睇絕大部分都好平民,畢竟都係做附近打工仔生意多, 所以幾抵食😋同朋友第一次黎, 諗住試D簡單嘅野 👀就叫左兩碟燒味飯一碟係 燒肉燻蹄, 另一碟就叫 燒鴨切雞食黎到都有少少驚訝, 份量俾得足嘅茶廳真係越見越少🤩🤩兩碟飯嘅燒肉皮都好脆, 整體肉嘅分怖都好好, 又唔會食落覺得好硬同 ”榎”切雞嘅肉都滑同嫩口, 唔肥又啖啖肉, 都唔切好多骨嘅俾我地朋友食嘅 燻蹄 口感都滑, 有微微嘅咸味, 味道啱啱好,同燒肉好合拍😁下次再黎試其他飯 ~ ~
