After all the hype I really wanted to try this. And after we came in I really wanted to like it - the setting is really nice, stylish modern, but not over the top. Among all Chinese cuisines Sichuan is my favorite, so I came with high expectations.  Unfortunately the food was disappointing. The dished are very much adjusted to Southern Chinese/Western tastes - to sweet, not spicy enough and they totally fail to deliver the complex, multi-layerd flavor that makes Sichuan food so great. Among all Chinese cuisines Sichuan is my favorite, so I came with high expectations.  Unfortunately the food was disappointing. The dished are very much adjusted to Southern Chinese/Western tastes - to sweet, not spicy enough and they totally fail to deliver the complex, multi-layerd flavor that makes Sichuan food so great. The "water-boiled-beef" was by a margin the worst I ever had - very shallow flavor and a lot of ingredient that don't belong there (e.g. mushrooms). Also very pricy for the quality.
