今晚決定一晚食3間餐廳 - 鳥華亭, Tiger Curry, Chibee Chicken and Beer...呢個係我既第二站, 位置係咖啡弄附近既Hotel Pennington對面...我地去到既時候都要排隊, 大約要等6張...都係20分鐘內, 都好快...我地叫左白虎, 老虎吼沙律... 老虎吼沙律: 顏色好靚, 目測有雞肉, cherry tomato, lettuce, 仲有yellow dressing... My guess is honey mustard, but after I taste the lettuce... OMG, it's curry salad dressing...Very unique and appetizing ...the taste is familiar but I did not remember what it is. Sweet and not spicy, however, you can taste the spice...至於雞肉就唔太好食, 開頭一件都還可以, 但其他入面都比較硬, 亦有d乾 ,

, 不過都未乾到有肉絲攝牙...食到咁上下就見到有隻溫泉蛋...加埋落個沙律到味道就再mild左...

白虎: 白虎係每日限量, 好在我地都仲食到...我地之後俾人叫左2-3碗就sold out啦

. The density is slightly lower than 貢茶's 奶蓋. I stir it before I ate, and the soup slowly turn to brown because of the curry soup underneath

. The soup is not as sweet as the normal Japanese curry. The potato foam surely gives some depth to the taste

. However, I am looking for more heat. For the good side, it doesn't have the curry powder/ curry brick undissolvable bits, so it is smoother than I expected

. There are beef slices in the wudon and it is a large portion, but it tastes normal. Unfortunately, the slices are still stick to each other since the cook did not part it to cook

. To the wudon, it is thin and chewy unlike the 噹噹wudon, and the cross section is oval. I have tried this type of wudon in 本陣.
