I learnt this restaurant from a foodie magazine and I have made reservation in advance! The chief chef and the waiters in the restaurant are all very nice!! The guy who is cooking oysters for us is Watanabi! He's nice and funny!Basically this is a very bargaining dinner, in particular the 498 dinner set! The sashimi is very fresh and basically you don't need to eat it with any soy sauce! One thing to clarify -- all seafood are sourced from Japan including the urchin ... The chief chef is so nice
