我們晚餐每位不少於$500,但餐廳服務態度連街市大牌檔都不如。小孩子肚餓,我們想先點菜,但餐廳經理Mark要求人齊才能點菜(當時餐廳大部份都是空座)。跟侍應點完一碗簡單牛肉湯麵,幾分鐘後又有另一位侍應回來問。哪是否之前那位侍應連餐廳菜單有牛肉湯麵都不知道?想要一碟沙律醬,需要分別跟三個不同侍應講,主菜都差不多吃完才攞到一碟沙律醬。點一碗牛肉湯麵,要講兩次。想要一碟沙律醬,要講三次。侍應做事效率低之餘,又無禮貌。之前來過一次已經覺得侍應做事有問題,點左一碟炒飯要求要快,那位侍應來來回回行左幾轉,到我要求想先付費,原來還未落單(正一身郁唔見咪熟)。做事效率慢不是大問題,但做事慢還要黑口黑面,晦氣地回應顧客,真的食到一肚氣。還以為一個半個新入職還未有培訓,但今次發現原來餐廳經理Mark態度都欠佳,難怪他屬下的職員都一樣。想貼錢買難受,就到這間餐廳吧!I have had better service at wet market food stalls and cha chaan teng. I have had better service at wet market food stalls and cha chaan teng.

It's one thing to be inefficient, but to be inefficient and impolite really takes a dump on the dining experience.

For a simple beef udon, I had to place order with 2 different waiters. When requesting for some mayonnaise, we waited so long we had to speak with 3 different waiters (by the time the mayonnaise arrived, we had almost finished the dish).

We wanted to first order a dish for our young child, but restaurant manager Mark would not take order until everyone arrives.

While the food and interior were decent, the service is very disappointing and completely incoherent with the restaurant.

There are many dining options. Why should any customer need to suck up to a waiter's attitude?

Not worth it for the price paid.
