Thankfully I made a reservation for a party of four several days prior so no waiting was necessary on a bustling Friday night Environment: The restaurant was spacious with plenty of seats so this is definitely an ideal location for gathering or large parties. Environment: The restaurant was spacious with plenty of seats so this is definitely an ideal location for gathering or large parties. The decor and lighting were pleasing and a good venting system ensured good air circulation.
Service: Excellent service! The waiters/waitresses were diligent in picking up our dirty dishes and prompt to replace our stove when we asked for a new one.
Food choice: They offered a good variety of BBQ meat & vegetable, cooked dishes, and desserts. The BBQ meat was your usual chicken, beef, and fish (nothing special). Cooked dishes included french fries, fish fillet, fried rice, fried noodles, curry chicken, Tom Yum soup... (again, nothing special). As for desserts, there were cream puffs, different types of small cakes and jello cups, popcorn, Nestle ice cream (taro, chocolate, and strawberry), and Chinese dessert (white fungus w/red dates). Sushi, udon, and other small Japanese dishes were also available. Drinks included water, sodas, lemonade tea, and lemonade water.
Taste: DISAPPOINTING! I am not exaggerating when I say that nothing tasted good The cooked dishes were overcooked and tasted bland. The BBQ meat was not tender and difficult to chew through. The sushi and salads were not fresh (the seaweed tasted horrible!) The ice cream was already melting in the freezer. The cakes, pies, jello cups....BAD
Conclusion: I DON'T recommend coming here for the food. But if you're just looking to have a short two-hour gathering with your friends and don't care about the food at all, then give it a try.
