I always wonder if italians will grumble when they see our Hong Kong style pizza. Pizza Hut is the cream of the cream in terms of Hong Kong style pizza. Many of its special pizzas indeed look like a plate making of flour with many unexpected , unmatched and weird food on the top. How can pineapple and peach be the ingredient, which will make the pizza too moist and not crunchy? The most unforgettable one is sausages within the pizza. That is why I almost never have pizza in Pizza Hut. The only exception is when the cheesy 7 pizza is on offer. Cheese is exceptional and unreasonably expensive in Hong Kong. I could enjoy a wide range of cheese in a pizza for just less than a hundred dollar. The crust is so crunchy and full of melted, hot, silky and creamy cheese. It is so tasty that I could finish half big pizza within 10 minutes. Without stating clearly what exactly the seven cheese is is a kind of disrespect to the pizza, the cheese and the customers. I can only figure out cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, cream cheese and perhaps romano.
