Though our all-time favorite dish goes to the Australian Wagyu served with Fennel and Holy Basil, a luxurious version of the popular street food dish, Phad Ka Prao (ข้าวผัดกะเพรา); yet the fusion version features seared Australian Wagyu beef instead of the usual ground pork, served with a delicious fennel butter confit, a refreshing holy basil gel dressing made with sliced fennel and lemon juice, and a rich sun-dried longang red wine sauce.
