As always, we enjoyed the food here and the little fire shows they put on. The chef was not talkative but he was really nice. I actually enjoyed it so much that I forgot to get more photos.This is the abalone that we got. Some people maybe put off by it simply because it was still live before it got put on the hot teppen. This is the abalone that we got. Some people maybe put off by it simply because it was still live before it got put on the hot teppen. It was really tender and I think we all emptied it out within a miniute!The foie gras came next and if it wasn't for the fat, I would have loved it even more. It was a generous slice. They ended up on a slice of french bread and boy... they smelled nice and tasted greeeeaaat!

The lobsters (which I forgot to take photos of), were also great. Still live... again, some partrons were kind of put off by it.We upgraded our steak to the better steak. The fats were trimmed off and added to the fried rice at the end. These steaks came close of melting in your mouth.
Since we were celebrating a birthday, we told the nice chef that we wanted Iron Man. It took him a while but we loved it! We thought he did a great job at it. Most of the dried shrimps ended up in the fried rice later.
Our last dish was the sweet pancake with red bean paste. Not exactly my favorite but it wasn't very sweet and not very dry.
Again, we enjoyed it a lot and have never been disappointed here.
題外話/補充資料：
The only problem that I had with the restaurant is some of their policies.
1) They don't provide ice if you don't order drinks. I don't have too much problem with it as they are in the business of making money.
2) What I do have a problem with is that if you show up in odd number of people, one of you will get frozen lobster (1/2 of it). I do not have a problem with it if they make a discount since they are not giving you a fresh/live lobster (which was stated in the menu). I fully understand that they cannot give you half of a live lobster. The only way to get a live lobster for the last person in your party would be to "Upgrade" and buy the entire lobster. This was my biggest problem with them by far as we are paying for the full price and not getting 100% of what we should have gotten.
Will I come back here? Yes, but only if there are even number of people instead of odd.
