Though our all-time favorite dish goes to their best-seller Yo Abang! Hainan Chicken Paella, infusing both the authentic taste of Malaysian clay pot chicken rice with the traditional flavor of Hainanese chicken rice alongside a fusion twist; the paella was mixed with dried shrimp, taro, and chopped cured meat for an elevated flavor, served with flawlessly tender and succulent Hainanese chicken pieces for a mouthful of satisfaction.
