follow@wojengyea/@wo!正嘢 for more food info🐒 支持我哋發掘更多美食 😋用餐時間(5:51pm early dinner)今日早收工,去附近食碗車仔麵,叫咗娃娃菜底、滷水腩肉、秘製牛腩(兩個都係餐廳推介✌🏽)配花生沙嗲汁少辣,再加多個椒鹽炸墨魚丸 🦑 呢度主打湯底用鮮雞熬製冇味精🐔,碗嘢一嚟即刻試啖湯先,啖湯真係好鮮味,嗌娃娃菜底🥬就係咁嘅原因,啲菜吸收晒雞湯啲味,正👍🏽滷水腩肉唔係講笑,肥腩肉炆得好腍,醃得入味。秘製牛腩會搭少少牛筋,牛腩唔會韌,牛筋好滑軟糯係入口即溶果隻❣️佢哋好窩心,俾一羹嘅花生沙嗲醬你,唔會撈埋落去個湯裏面,其實我覺得真材實料,唔使加沙嗲汁都好味。反而我用嚟點炸墨魚丸食,個味道又幾夾。出面叫親炸丸,都驚個芯仲係凍,呢度啲墨魚丸剪咗十字先炸,成粒熱辣辣♨️,冇呢個問題。加埋面頭薄薄一層椒鹽,唔會太鹹好惹味。順帶一提,佢有樽裝汽水🥤,不過啱啱happy hour完飲唔落 😂
