煙韌的外皮為整體的層次更為分明🤎

也帶香濃的花生香味🥜
雖然拉麵的掛湯能力不賴 但麵質偏淋身較為可惜😟
Braised Spare Ribs in Black Vinegar Sauce with Dan Dan Noddles was quite good🤣 Spare ribs were sweet and sour, and the broth was super duper rich😍 Noddles however were a bit disappointing as it’s quite soggy🥹
