Seafood Tagineit smelled unbelievably good, i couldnt help but eat it right away. Fish, clams, prawns, onions, tomatoes and roasted peppers were all layered in this classic tagine with tomato soup base. the flavours were stunning, the sweetness of seafoods combined with the soup base, it was good just to have the soup with bread. on top of that, seafoods were all very fresh, big portion too, very impressive.
this seafood rice, i forgot the name of it but it was just as amazing as the two above, seafoods were fresh and tasty, the sauce combined everything together. It was beautifully creamy but the tang of the tomato sauce complemented the seafood very nicely, heavenly tasty.
