The menu is thoughtfully designed to fuse different western style into the middle east centred cuisine, all combination of herbs and seasoning and dressing are just well cohered Detailed plating already cheers us when the dishes arrived.

歌賦街係我在香港最愛的一條街
短短兩三白米 （都唔知有無） 一直以來都是高質素的餐廳
無繁忙的交通 樓上係住宅 可接受的斜路石級 返落地鐵站極快
中環半山區靜中帶旺的完美演繹
Bedu的位置在街的中間 係外面看不到 但環境極好，在一條大樓梯下的空地 兩邊有樹 有些人會坐在樓梯級上 正門對著空地 和外面環境融合 就好似在戶外食飯般 完全好似去了歐洲
完美襯托出一個中環半山中西合璧的感覺
有一排bar檯 夏天飲嘢應該都好正
餐廳唔算大 有一個open kitchen 所以檯都會睇到kitchen 望到廚師用心烹調 令人好期待食物
又令人有一種 餐廳繁忙 好vibrant 的節奏
經過一輪掙扎 終於點好今晚的晚餐 因為每樣菜色都好吸引 裡面總有一些配搭和元素 令人好想試下
前菜特燈揀 hummus 因要比較和其他餐廳
第一次認識 tahini 中東式芝麻醬 加入後整體豆青味減低更滑 另外有一些紅色的paprika油裝飾 唔辣的
仲特登叫flat bread 配醬
一份3件 唔該仲可以點多2件 價錢按件計
烤到燶燶的味 上面仲搽了香料油 一定要趁熱吃

加了一個 tabouli 沙律
全部切碎的 洋蔥 番茄 parsley almond 和一些 superfood grain
好fresh 和 健康的生活
加了個塔吉鍋飯 體驗一下個陶鍋
煮出來飯比較濕潤 唔係煲仔飯的效果

中東煮法的牛肉串 我都好鍾意食 因為牛肉都唔會過度調味 係原汁原味 只有肉和脂肪的味道

其實食完3-4份 已經有d飽
但不叫甜品 心不死
所以叫左 千層酥
完全超出我想像
見到甜品 我們已經wow 出聲 隔離的食客都一齊wow
上面淋salted caramel
又暖又脆又冷 加埋果仁味脆脆 食唔停口
