Not sure if I remember the name right. It’s a twist of classic whisky sour. Egg white on top with the pineapple powder. The powder makes me think of those plum powder in Taiwan they put on the fruits.

A mouth full of flavour. Fish fillet with mayo between two perfectly grilled toast. Delicious!
