yashima omakase ! We started off our dinner by having this appetizer consisting of asparagus, snail, squid, and seaweed. Everything was really fresh and both the snail and the squid are not fishy at all!Then we move on to snapper sashimi with sea urchin egg yolk sauce! The sashimi was very fresh combined with the creaminess and the flavour of sea urchin and egg yolk, works really well together!!We then move to a grilled yellow tail with caviar and gold covered shrimp! Definitely one of the dish

Then we move on to snapper sashimi with sea urchin egg yolk sauce! The sashimi was very fresh combined with the creaminess and the flavour of sea urchin and egg yolk, works really well together!!

We then move to a grilled yellow tail with caviar and gold covered shrimp! Definitely one of the dish of the night! wow the caviar covered shrimp is sweet and savoury at the same time, really an amazing combo together. Then you have the grilled yellowtail, which is so flavorful, umami flavor, and really perfectly cooked!

We then moved on to mackerel tartare! its really balanced flavoured, really a well rounded dish! it works very well as a combo with the spring onion!

We then have a grilled golden eye snapper ! its juicy and flavorful and produce that amazing umami flavour! this is definitely one of the best dish of the night too!

We then have monk fish liver! it was surprisingly really well seasoned, savory and sweet and not fishy at all!!

We then have uroko yaki style fish with seaweed sauce! Its really crispy and have a lot of flavour on the skin and very tender and well cooked inside of the fish meat! this is combined with the seaweed sauce that give the extra freshness to the dish

Then we move on to the sushi! we got fish sushi with wasabi, which translates really well together

Then we have the shrimp sushi!
The shrimp is fresh, well seasoned, and tasted really good together!

Then we have the kumamoto shoshan fish sushi! Its very unique texture and really nice and fresh yuzu seasoning resulting in sweet flavour!

Then we have another fish sushi (backthroat seaperch fish)! this time its seared, bringing out the extra flavour out of the fish! it has that fatty but at the same time not too fatty flavour! just about right!

Then we had two different kind of tuna sushi, one is the lean meat one is more on the fatty meat! both are great in their own ways! one is definitely more flavourful , but the lean cut is more light and easy to eat too!

Then we have one of the dish of the night! sea urchin sushi with wasabi! its so creamy and it taste like ocean in your mouth!

Then we have the egg! it was surprisingly and nicely sweet! a very fresh sensation!

We then have the miso soup which is refreshing to end the night before moving on to the dessert which is mango and melon!
