=====================登龍街本身就是食街,唔同食肆雲集。次次捐完血我都有個習慣,就係多食肉(紅肉)內藏補充鐵質,因為血紅素鐵質會在每次捐血時失去,身體要補返先可以製造返。因為kimchi 生菜任食,基本上只需要點肉類。$180 辣五花肉 150g 醃過當然特別香同惹味啦,五花肉油滋滋脂肪,大愛。 $130 調味醬油雞肉,相對比較底脂肪,健康好食$150 魷魚,原條超大條,燒完超有嚼勁,洋蔥燒埋蕉糖化後又軟又甜爐邊蛋任食當日是halloween 仲送血包果汁

喜來稀肉剛係香港開噶時候,食過幾次,果陣每次去都要排好耐隊。是隔幾年,朋友話想再食,於是訂左銅鑼灣呢間,仲可以book位,唔洗排隊。提前去到,安排我地坐係中間位,都幾寬落。點菜噶時候,見其實餐牌好似無麼新野食,於是點翻之前食開噶辣護心肉(必食),辣五花肉,雞排肉,加個炒年糕。配菜一樣有泡菜,洋蔥同豆芽,豆芽是我的最愛辣護心肉,呢個真係必食,又入味又易燒,其他地方無甘好食架,次次食喜來都必點。爐邊蛋都好好味,特登要兩邊都加泡菜,加泡菜酸酸甜甜好正。辣五花肉,比之前薄左好多,但入味左,容易食。雞排肉,依然甘好味。辣炒年糕,份量都唔少,不過實在太辣,同朋友邊食邊飲水,但又好味到係甘食。喜來唔知係咪轉左塊燒板,d肉勁易燒燶,燒左個半鐘已經換左四次板。我地已經較到最細火,但都好快變黑,個護心肉,差唔多一半都比區燒到又黑又燶,浪費曬。以前都唔係甘樣噶,希望改善下。

銅鑼灣謝斐道分店,地點方便,從銅鑼灣地鐵站C出口,行2-3分鐘便到。在OpenRice個系統,早一天book枱,去到便有位,十分之方便吃了幾次喜來稀肉,已經不會再選擇那些韓燒任食,原因好簡單,當你吃了有質素的烤肉,便對那些平價任食的特價燒肉放題無興趣。今次6個人,點了2份一頭牛套餐($688)+1份韓牛套餐($488)+1份護心肉($150)+1份五花肉($110),真的有點貪心,吃到一半已經有啲飽,而且生菜+泡菜+蛋槳係任添,所以不用配白飯,已經足夠了。韓牛套餐($688)

Went there for lunch. Food came out after 30 minutes of waiting. The place was not even half full. What I ordered, Galbitang, does not even take long to prepare because they reheat some precooked stuff. Other restaurants take less than five minutes. Seriously. I had to attend a meeting after the lunch hour so I didn't finish the food and had to get out the place. Such a waste of time. Will never come back here because there are so many other Korean restaurants out there.

Seorae is my favourite place for Korean BBQ! The prices are reasonable: 護心肉($150) and 喜來肉 ($130). My friend and I just ordered two meats and it was more gab enough! these are the sides that came with the meats- all have unlimited refills! The staff were super friendly and offered to refill for us even without us asking! on the edge of the pan, there were eggs- one of my favourite! One was kimchi flavoured and the other is cheese flavoured.
