捱夜都要先寫這一篇,沒辦法,金鐘搵食艱難,朋友卻推薦這日式食堂,說有水準云云於是我們仨就到這裡來,lunch hour都算人山人海,還好這裡還有空位,我們也不用等位(對! 剛剛提到金鐘搵食艱難,而這日式飯堂竟然出奇地不用等位,心裡有個譜吧!)先落單畀錢,店員會送到你前面,這點不用擔心也真的太巧合,我們仨都點了這個滑蛋豬扒飯,應該是最簡單的定食吧? 本來約80元的set,打折後大約是75元,都算抵,尤其係碗飯真係好大碗問題就來了,飯的份量的確不小,可是飯唔夠熱,食物好味與否,以溫度取勝,這個飯實在唔好味,唔熱兼且不軟熟。飯都唔緊要(本人吃得不多),那豚肉,omg,唔熱,唔脆口,炸粉完全塌了,肯定唔係新鮮炸起,肉質亦都好差..好難食...友人奇怪,明明turnover咁高,尤其是我們仨都全點這個定食(旁邊兩張枱至少有3人都點了),咁都唔足以令廚房即炸即做咩? 太令人失望! 除卻飯攤涼了,湯也涼了,而且不夠味(我自問平時都食得清,連我都覺得唔夠味)唯一可以讚的是,那小碟薯仔,算是比較令人滿意..可是,也沒有下次的了! bye 繼續閱讀

今日同同事一齊去四季搵食,左邊係快餐形式,即係叫完之後去搵位,之後有人派返個餐比你,排隊果下,真係諗起果時大學果D CANTEEN,又係買完飛,之後拎個牌,然後等人拎過黎。 不過呢個快餐都算貴,水都無一杯,要自己去拎,其實唔緊要,係金鐘食野,我預左80蚊食日本野都算,但係唔係咁既質素丫嘛… 個蛋完全係好似「腐」晒既感覺,唔係「滑」架囉,好「鞋」口,吉列豬扒仲要係一啲都唔脆口,淋都不特止都算,仲要粉多過肉咁多? 因為炸粉太難食,所以我夾左出黎,點知夾夾下,發現基本上係成塊豬扒既3分之2,真係太難譜,完全係唔好食之餘仲收人80蚊,早知去加多幾十蚊去其他日式餐廳食!左邊既四季,請都唔想黎! 唯一讚既係個甜藕片好好食,其他都提都唔想提。 繼續閱讀

A short story want to share with u all... I'd cash value groupon about 2-3 yrs ago. Husband and I spent it on Omakase sets (which is we leave it to the chef to decide the best food of choice). The sets were full of surprise with very skillful presentation n fine dinning quality of food. The one I remember the most was a dry persimmon fruit slice roll with some other ingredients. The presentation was impressive and the taste was unforgetable. I hardly found any place that would serve similar quality of food. Since they merge two sections into one (it used to be two saparete sections: expensive n causal dinning area), they no longer serve those fine dinning on table. N sadly the quality of food has been dropped a lot since then. Now they even serve buffet dinner. My mom used to be a big fans of them too. She had a very fresh sashimi n lovely Dragon roll here. So I brought the whole family to get it a try.The buffet time start from 6pm to 9pm. A free bottle of cold sake will be provided for 3 customers or above. With a groupon discount $258 (exluding $35 service charge), each spent $300. Basically u mark your order on paper, n they will serve u the food within 5-10mins. We tried everything on menu, but hardly found one impressive food I would recommend. Even though I was a big fans of this place, I wouldn't come back here for buffet. Instead, I would come here for a regular breakfast or lunch. The best part to come here is always not packed with people, n u can enjoy a piece of quiet by sitting on the window side facing the busy traffic on admiralty highway.To end this, I do have to highlight one person who I forgot to search for her name. She's one of the staff with a very short hair (like a boy) and wear eye glasses. She has been very helpful to me. Three of my family members couldn't find the way to come to the restaurant while I was waiting them on my table. I tried to explain the way to my mom over the phone when I was asking this staff for direction. Without any hesitation, she offered to come down pick them up from their location. 今日係期待己久約左好紙美食放題的大日子~!!早前喺網上見到四季做團購價錢好吸引~買三位仲有清酒送,本人真係太少喺香港區食放題~心中好有期望~約好飯腳買黎開心下~等到呢一日~鄉下妹出城~唔係咁熟路,所以早左少少~放題6點開始,我地5點9就可以入坐,打點好後可以落單~一睇之下款式唔算好多~感覺比平時食開的少左一半~再睇睇~好多都係飯同麵~燒物零食同刺身唔多~心諗可能呢係選擇: 貴精不貴多吧...服務員哥行過黎~先送上一碟燒波蘿同羊架,我地話我地未點野喎~佢就話係今日特別限定送的~每人有一份唔洗點的..但由於有朋友未到~所以示意佢我地要等齊人先食呢D,佢有點唔情願咁拎返走...轉個頭有位服務員姐姐放下一壺凍清酒同4隻杯~我地同樣同佢講我地人未齊唔要住,佢居然可以唔理我地放下就走左去!!!!! 咩事先~ !!!可能暫時客人唔多~所以佢地要搵D野做下...人齊就開飯了~~一路上有好多令人O咀的地方~~~哈~唔佑係咪期望太高~所以有點意外...雖然話人唔多,但食物上枱的速度都唔見得快~常有漏單,而且有時唔知佢D野食係未黎定唔黎~怕點多左會浪費食物~!!刺身的陳設好一般~ 一D都唔覺得係金鐘地區出品~~三文魚一般貨色~唔指望佢每次都選用三文魚腩~ ~食落魚香味唔重~感覺好超巿,冇令人興奮的感覺~劍魚腩 - 入口感覺唔夠香濃味~點左一次己冇再點了.立魚 - 可能佢本身都唔係咁重口味~所以保持到清新鮮甜的水準~但都係點左一次~!有頭甜蝦係我的最愛~蝦肉爽口夠鮮甜~連蝦緒都食埋~安哥左兩次~!!厚燒芝士玉子令人意外~蟹柳用紫菜同芝士片包住,再用蛋皮一層層咁厚厚卷住~上枱暖暖地,心意同誠意之作.值得安哥~海胆壽司同燒雪魚係全店最得意之作~海胆鮮甜唔腥唔散,份量夠~雪魚燒得外脆肉軟~上枱時熱騰騰,放耐左再食都保持到咁好味道~紙美話要食呢兩樣回返本~!!HA~突然服務員哥行過黎~放下燒波蘿同羊架,我地已經唔記得左!!其實唔係好明白點解呢到D燒波蘿同羊架會係特別贈送~外面D放題係選菜之~滿以為有咩特別好食之處,入口都不外如是,羊架入口味道過咸~冇左羊羶味,醃得太重手了~燒波蘿仲搞笑~成個口咁大~又冇切開~都唔知想客人點食~燒得唔算好夠火~失去左外熱多汁的口感~舖頭仲有鍋物同飯麵~滿以為係細細鍋咁上枱~點知真係睇小左佢~每個鍋的份量好堅~相信係正價的份量!!食一鍋就kO 左大家的胃~而且材料勁足夠~入口只可以話做到要求基本水準~唔算話好特別值得安哥~甜品方面有雪條,紅豆糕同埋自家製的''布甸'',我個人認為雪條係最保守可吃~紅豆糕係燒過的日式年糕上加紅豆漿, 自家製的''布甸''口感好奇特,冇乜牛奶味,多左D爽口感覺~我地每人食左一啖都食唔出係乜野味..就放下了~經了解過後~服務員小姐話係芒果布丁..噢~真係估佢唔到~!服務員對大家的用餐時間控制得好好~差唔多時間就會過黎問你仲有冇咩需要~冇的話就同你埋單~大家可以坐多陣~一夠鐘就會過黎清理枱面~每日放題只做一場~整理好就可收工..總括黎講..算係見識過佢的出品~可見的未來相信唔會再見,真心希望佢地他日可以有所進步  繼續閱讀

Boyfriend and I met up with a friend for an impromptu meet up. We randomly chose here for some food as neither of them had eaten lunch and it was around 3 pm.They had afternoon tea sets averaging $40. Came with a standard cha chan teng style drinks. Food came out on canteen type trays.I ordered a seafood pasta. It came with a salad.Salad had fried chicken on it. These were so dry and hard, it made me wonder how long they have been sitting. Salad greens were soggy and lettuce was browning. I couldn't eat it.Seafood pasta was one soggy spaghetti with a glob of white sauce. It was horrible.I guess it's a good spot for office people to eat something cheap and fast during lunch hour. But I don't work in this area. I won't be back. 繼續閱讀
