高街一直行有一間白色小屋落地玻璃餐廳 if this is the 1st time visit you may need to check first how to go like this time I get there by bus no. 23 。今次去Amazing One 是同朋友敘敘。去到只系7:15pm好彩有伴傾傾下,我哋先叫小食前菜有香草焗田螺,牛油配加料香草好清香超熱同有少少燶係邊緣啱啱好。餐廳餐牌小食種類唔算多,同桌朋友唔食奶品,我哋叫了鮮蝦蕃茄意粉食住等。意粉人哋種意意大利式硬身,我就返而偏愛帶軟麵身!鮮茄汁有豐富茄肉份量足。等待中廚師先上茄子濃湯同沙律,提意先落單新推介芝士火煱,之前我怕芝士鍋芝士味太濃。只配麵包同生果配理西蘭花感覺食得健康有心思。另外二份魚有三文同煎比目魚,都很美味。香脆魚皮有咸香要讚似酒店法式風味,賣相同碟好靚可以再試。香草焗羊架有肉汁好味外有似蒜蓉飽糠是意料之外,只要有好焗羊架已經好好味道,下次記得配多些新薯和伴菜。今次淡芝士配磨菇帶子唔錯。到8pm差不多開始有其他客人但服務可以唔覺得有問題。推介菜:雞雪茄卷好好味輕易嬴左唔少分數。餐牌甜品不多叫了心太軟朱古力流心同雪糕結美味。相信會再來食最好有4-5人 繼續閱讀

I have been to amazing one a few times and finally decided to review. This is a decent place to eat with dishes appealing to western and Asian palates. I first time I went with co workers and everyone was pretty pleased. If i remember correctly it was some kind of thai curry which i liked. The portions were suitable for the ladies but the men I think we're still a bit hungry. The menu changes every now and then so there are often different things to try. On this particular day we arrived a short time before closing (2:30pm) and had a quick and simple lunch. It wasn't the best thing I ever ate but for a simple lunch near my home, it does the trick. And not as expensive as some of the other western places in the neighborhood. The lunch sets come with a small green salad (good flavor but tiny) and a drink. I had an herb sauce spaghetti with chicken. The portion was good and the flavor was ok. My friend really liked the long fish filet she had and my husband was pleased with his pork cutlet sandwich. I think I would get the ling fish with vegetables next time as I like a more balanced meal than just a ton of pasta!This was ok and I will eat here again. Just have to order the "right" thing. 繼續閱讀

沙律乃田園沙律,所以只有雜菜加醋汁,屬中規中舉。西蘭花忌廉湯應該是自家製的,因有很多西蘭花碎粒,而且忌廉味不會過濃,又有益又美味。隨湯附上香草蒜蓉包一塊,但有一邊被輕微燒焦了,所以那部份有輕微焦的味道。海鰻黑松露石鍋炒飯香味撲鼻,未嚐已胃口大開。石鍋像韓式石頭鍋一樣被燒得熱烘烘的,所以有脆卜卜的飯粒吃。炒飯配合海鰻及超香的黑松露更加野味。通常青衣魚的魚味不濃,但黑菌茸焗青衣魚柳伴香草醬天使麵的魚柳加了像黑松露般香口的黑菌,提升了美味指數。不得不提其特裝醬汁,香滑非常,忍不住將魚柳及天使麵多沾幾口醬汁!香草芥茉烤雞也是美味之作,雞扒的肉汁被鎖住,外脆內軟,配合黑菌及煙韌的意大利飯,比想像中更美味。帕爾瑪火腿焗蝦皇伴龍蝦汁燴意粉,蝦皇夠大及新鮮,而龍蝦汁滲入意粉內,十分入味。不過,如果可以配龍蝦會更好吧!焦糖燉蛋也不錯,跟其它餐廳製作的水平差不多。日式芝士餅跟其它食肆的同款芝士餅一樣,比較軟身,但味道略淡,不吃也沒損失。Floating Island 很合心意,外貌及味道也像梳乎厘,但上面加了杏仁碎及底部有類似糖漿的液體,更能帶出梳乎厘的清新味道,值得試一下。除了咖啡,奶茶或檸茶, 原來還可選Ridgways製的紅茶,黑茶,或花茶。Ridgways 的紅莓花茶的果味頗香,適合喜歡莓類的我。 繼續閱讀

餐廳店面細小,座位較窄,如果滿座的話可能會有少許辛苦,但今晚還算舒服 留意$500以上才可以用信用卡,我差點兒不夠現金 打開餐牌,見有綠茶焗田縲和wasabi羊架,平常好像比較少見到,儘管一試! 田縲新鮮焗好,吃下有蒜香,不會韌,但吃不出綠茶味道擺設很美,賣相也吸引 配菜的炸洋蔥很香口 羊架來說味道不錯和肉稔皮脆,但問題是同樣地吃不出wasabi的味道 肉眼扒牛味頗重,肉身偏薄 繼續閱讀

去左幾次, 因為那兒有難得的, 做廚師的會從廚房走出泥同客人互動.中午可能忙D, 所以要煮到2點幾先有機會走出廚房.好耐冇試過睇睇下MENU 的時候個廚師會走過黎, 同你講今日有咩好食.道菜係點整點整, 背後有咩心思.中午食可能對大家來說貴左少少, 但好抵食. 好好食. 單係賣相已經令人叫一聲AMAZING呢個正在有飯焦, 脆脆地第一次食用綠茶整, 新鮮配搭如果係酒店見到咁GE賣相應該要成千蚊找數.用黑白兩種朱古力, YUM!未試過係出面食到呢個.好味~少少SPICY, 野味~有D 菜掛住食唔記得左影~ 哈~比心機做啦. 值得欣賞的AMAZING ONE. 繼續閱讀
