作為一個潮州人, 對打冷一向特別鍾情。B住既附近有呢間幾出名既打冷, 2014年最後一日就終於黎食啦。我地叫左三道菜: 紅腸墨魚, 魯味大拼盤, 鵝片紅腸墨魚雖然有點basic, 但係本人既favorite。呢度既紅腸好爽, 咬落唔會太粉。墨魚都好爽脆, 咬落好有口感。非常好食!魯味大拼盤其實即係鵝雜。入面既鵝腸, 同鵝肉都非常好食。魯水非常入味, 非常好食!本人既all time favorite鵝片。肉質略為軟, 但鵝味好重, 每一口都係鵝味, 好好食!舖面略為細同迫, 但就非常地道既潮州 (因為聽到潮州話)。非常值得再黎! 繼續閱讀

簡唔中都喜歡同友人來此店打冷, 地方坐位唔算舒服, 食物選擇亦唔算多來來去去都係果幾味, 但喜歡街坊生意既氣氛.是晚同友人叫左個例牌鹵水鵝肉, 春菜腩肉同咸菜魚.此店既春菜我覺得比起九龍城既創發更岩我口味, , 創發都煮得夠淋可惜係重油.這裡既春菜煮得夠淋而且唔會太油腩肉都爽口配白粥一流.反而當日既咸菜魚就麻麻, 梅鱔唔算十分新鮮, 咸菜亦唔算靚很淡味無左本身既咸菜既帶少少鹽既味道.鹵水鵝肉依舊保持水準, 鵝肉鹵得入味少肥多肉美味, 底層既鹵豆腐亦同樣出色.街坊氣氛, 街坊價錢絕對推介. 繼續閱讀

周五學完二胡,一行三人來試試這間裕發鹵鵝王。潮式飯店格局,沒有什麼的裝潢可言,牆上貼滿食物種類,簡簡單單幾張大枱加圓凳,食物吊滿玻璃櫥窗。打冷啤酒不可少,要了青島,大支裝十五蚊支,抵飲﹗先來個粉絲炒雜菜,雜菜煲就食得多,炒出來的就比較少見,是椰菜、雲耳與粉絲加蒜蓉同炒,味道清清地,食0的蔬菜點都健康0的﹗墨魚紅腸,紅腸份量多,墨魚亦彈牙,蘸辣椒醬同吃最好味,可惜切得比較薄身一點,口感不夠。講到明鹵鵝王又點可以唔試鹵鵝,鹵水味雖偏鹹卻入味,鵝小肥肉多膏少,岩我脾胃,肉質軟熟亦甘香,不錯﹗韭菜豬紅我就無份,不過見佢地一陣就清哂,應該不錯﹗最後試埋蠔餅,炸得個色好燶,粉厚,蠔仔未算多,麻麻地﹗埋單一人都唔洗60蚊,抵食,有選擇叫餸應該更滿意﹗ 繼續閱讀

鹵水鵝片:鹵水 wise, this shop is not bad - it is at least equal to if not better than Michelin 1 Star 阿鴻小食, in that both carry slightly weak rather than strongly spiced marinade taste, though here it has more soy flavours. I actually like the version here slightly more even. The tofu and peanuts at the bottom are good. This shop advertised that it uses fresh goose (but probably not believable). The goose meat certainly carried some goose taste in the end.鹵水蛋:Slightly hard in texture much like Taiwanese 鐵蛋 in a way with a hard, thin egg white layer, the egg yolk was also already completely cooked though. I didn't think this was excellent, but for only $4.0 for a whole egg, it was swallowable. 潮州蠔粥:This has a fair bit of Coriander, Chinese Capsicum, smallish and larger sized oysters, Pickles, Lean and Fatty Pork, etc. It showed some heart from the shop but this was very Mainland Chinese like in execution for certain, as Hong Kong Chiu Chow shops tend to make things slightly more refined even if deviating from the authentic version a bit. Here, it was very authentic. On a personal note though, I probably prefer the Hong Kongnised versions, so I guess I'm not going to be fair with this? ***************ANYHOW, I FOUND THE FOOD QUALITY HERE TO BE OK-GOOD.I WOULD CERTAINLY COME BACK IF I HAD NO OTHER CHOICES AROUND THIS AREA. 夜晚十一點幾行過見仲鬼咁多人, 睇怕唔會太難食. 叫得鹵鵝皇諗住d鵝一定好正, 試落不過不失, 鵝片尚算軟熟, 但鵝味唔算好出色. $70咁細碟都算貴. 反而凍烏魚好抵食, $55 一條, 好甘幾有魚味, 唔差得過潮州酒家百幾蚊條果d. 不過可能天氣寒冷, 條魚凍左d 叫左碗豬紅蘿蔔韮菜, 好大碗, 街坊生意大件夾抵食. 但係個紫菜肉碎粥就唔係好得, 超咸多油切鵝果個應該係老闆, 好少見做廚房衣著咁斯文, 扣鈕扣到上喉嚨, 切鵝切得好滋油. 鵝櫃正中掛左一抽鵝腸, 細細條好乾淨, 仲有d肥油, 好似好好味咁, 下次要試吓 繼續閱讀
