Nearly to Sunday noon, It is very hot outside and come back home after church. But I don't care the weather is hot, I go to Tsuen Wan and have a Sunday early lunch.I found 福源餐廳 which is loacated in Sha Tsui Road. This cha kee is never tried for myself. When I entry this restaurant, it look like very old and has a simply decor inside. Its only white of decor and fully a cha kee look.At first, I wanted to try 常餐, but finally I decided to have a set lunch caused that had a soup to drink.The Chinese soup was Red and Green Carrot with Pork Bone.  This is a traditional soup.The taste was sweet and full of carrot, but there was a few of salty that I don't like ths salty taste. If the soup was all sweet in taste, I might like it.Ham and Pork Chop with Rice. This was a simple lunch, but I have not tried for a long time. The ham is standard taste that I haven't any command. Pork chop was not very light and crisp. But it was softy. The sauce was too much and I don't want this too much.This time I didn't drink milk tea and change for a Iced Coffee. 10月14日(一),下午三時左右到此間茶餐廳嚐試一下所謂的正宗牛什麵,舊式茶餐廳有車仔麵,可惜兩菜一麵竟要$20?豬皮之類各$5元,麵餅$10元(生麵定蝦子麵哩)?!另加一菜則$5元。        落單時個阿姐問要不要飲料,不用啦,個阿姐即黑臉,熱飲加$7,凍飲加$9,另熱飲$13,凍飲$17,又不知是否好飲,免了。牛什麵一上來,嗅到有滷水香味,之不過要彈的多的是! 牛肺又黑又散又有一股焦臭味!牛腸洗不乾淨有異味,麵有鹼水味,而濃烈的鹹味精湯飲一啖已刺喉的了,唯一正常的只有牛肚罷了,無牛蒡! 再看餐牌,淨雲吞$23,各類食物的價錢亦偏貴,最主要的食物質素也差過許多大牌檔,只此這次,後會無期! 繼續閱讀

跟餐的腸仔..煎蛋..油多佐..味道OK沙嗲牛肉麵.牛肉滑.沙嗲味濃.微辣.我是這裡常客..幫襯多年.不得不讚...這裡的奶茶..質感較厚..茶香味濃.奶的比例剛好.我只加入少許糖..能飲出其原始風味.一般大集團快餐沖的奶茶..我覺的係OK..但這裡的是一絕//也很好味道的牛汁河...湯底唔太咸.係牛肉味咁..同一般魚蛋鋪.不一樣的..河粉亦唔會一邊食一邊爛.糊晒個種.... 繼續閱讀

假日唔想食得太多..就嚟e.到食.lunch..以前叫開常餐,,但就真係食得太多..好飽..最近改佐食牛什米...我喜歡個湯底..應該係牛骨煲個種..唔係蝦米味個d...湯底好清..唔油膩..河粉好滑..唔知係咪來貨質數好..食到最尾.都無發漲....\只係個舊牛膀.比較嚡口....家人愛星洲抄米..次次都即抄..熱辣辣...睇相都見到..足料..有蝦..有火腿..有蛋..落個d香料份量.剛剛好..不太嗆口..都算大碟啦....女仕都可以share..一碟...雖然裝修唔係新款..但老店都有其優越之處... 繼續閱讀

今日放假.同家人.又嚟e間餐廳.雖然裝修唔係新潮.但喜愛既係佢既食物....特餐.沙嗲牛肉麵..好彩麵身唔會.好(林)..最怕入口就唔洗咬個d.....沙嗲.好香.牛肉夠入味.. 跟餐既香腸.煎蛋..油佐少少..ok啦..不過麵包口感有dd奇怪...可能轉多士會好d...嘩嘩嘩...第一次叫..雞脾.薯條...真係有d貴架.叫埋凍飲成30大元...但係.隻雞脾都有返咁大隻..合理啦...成碟嘢都新鮮.熱辣辣..据開隻雞脾.仲有好多肉汁.不過唔記得影...好夠味.好夠美極味,,雞脾一定係生炸既.. 聞到都吸引吸引....另外.不得不題..杯熱奶茶..好夠濃...又滑...真係好正... 繼續閱讀
