都唔咪第一次去食, 之前去都無咩, 今次去係因為貪呢邊鋪大啲光猛啲. 以前响花園街果邊鋪, 成日被人安排咗去後巷的房仔, 裡面成日有人食煙.點知, 今次就出事.叫咗蠔仔粥, 勁鯹勁難食. 自問半個潮州人, 由細食潮州嘢食到大, 真係最難食係今次. 一放上枱, 已經覺得"點解啲色咁怪既, 未見過蠔仔粥會啡色架喎?!" 一食, 真係想嘔番出嚟, 好大陣豉油味加鯹味. 新鮮既蠔仔煮出嚟, 只有鮮甜, 唔會鯹架囉, 而且很多時候, 潮州菜是會用魚露吊出個鮮味出來, 可是我一點魚露也嘗不出來, 只有豉油味和醒味. 我印象中之前食過佢哋既蠔仔粥, 唔會係啡色, 亦無咁難食. 我以為只係我一碗係咁, 但我走時週圍望下人哋果啲係咪咁, 都係啡色架! 唔知佢哋有咩comment呢.另外叫咗豉油王炒麵, 好油好咸, 又係好唔得.另外仲有椒鹽鱔片和炸蠔餅, 都只是一般, 蠔餅的蠔也是頗鯹.以後都係唔再嚟囉! 好味的潮州打冷真係越嚟越難搵. 繼續閱讀

好耐無打過冷因為唔知邊到打冷好食,每次去打冷都係失望多!咁啱今晚個friend老婆想打冷所以跟咗佢地嚟呢到,每次打冷都差不多係叫個幾樣嘢,餓片上算嫩口肉質唔錯味道未見突出,椒鹽魷醬粉唔會厚個椒鹽味夠香口唔錯,菜紅無特別一般般,大眼雞大條不過太瘦身唔肥美,蠔仔粥有蠔仔味不過太水可以再好啲,紅腸墨魚失敗,墨魚唔彈口死死下,紅腸又係食落去淋嘅完全無口感!香港真係好嘅打冷難求,好彩我無希望過如果唔係又失望,總結嚟講啲嘢一般勝在夠平。 繼續閱讀

Ordered the lamb stew with fermented tofu dipping sauce, deep-fried tofu, and battered, fried eel. The lamb was reasonable, but the dipping sauce lacked the pizazz of other establishments'. Unfortunately, this dish could have been much more flavorful in general. The deep fried tofu, was quite nice. Not too oily, and the dipping sauce also helped (if only to reduce the salty exterior on the tofu). The eel was quite good. It was well done and had a rich full-bodied flavour. Nice and bold. The inside was moist and well cooked; whereas the outside was crispy. However, since I have a habit of attracting all the bones to myself, I ended up eating much more of the vegetables than eel in the case of this dish. 繼續閱讀

零辰一點搵宵夜食,D同事好熟路,就帶左我去食呢間打冷夜晚晚食野特別滋味,佳喺路邊真係好好FEEL我地都叫左幾多野:有我最鐘意嘅蠔仔粥同蠔餅...粥嘅味度普通,D蠔都幾多,不過唔係特別飽滿...純粹係打冷一定要食蠔仔粥, 否則唔洗專登食嘅蠔餅炸得好鬆化,不過D粉落多左D囉椒鹽豆腐就麻麻喇,舊豆腐好似唔係好熱甘, 太實, 唔鬆軟, 失望之前喺第二度食過風沙豆腐,細細粒, 外脆內軟, 正好多!仲有:鹵水鵝腸同鹵水豬大腸-->唔係好入味椒鹽田雞: 田雞炸得有D乾...豬紅: OKD野食唔係話特別好食,但係打冷嚟講都幾吸引 繼續閱讀

新工第一日, 便同公司同事一齊, 吃個簡而便的中午飯. 而這一間, 就是他們的每日飯堂. 標記. 同事們吃飯也非常之經濟, 用平常心去想, 旺角一個中午飯. 最平都要20多元啦. 不過大伙兒, 一人一個盅頭飯, 唔加野飲. 只是16大元. 此舉, 既飽肚又慳錢. 我一個新人坐低一齊食. 理所當然的, 一於跟機, 一齊鳳爪排骨飯.不過, 話說抵食, 點都唔夠新界D大排檔來得抵同足料. 這兒, 好明顯的排骨不夠多, 要是係新界食, 排骨應該係封哂面的. 而且, 鳳爪只有半隻. 不過笠吧, 鳳爪半隻乃是正常份量. 而米飯是正宗生米飯, 不錯.改日吃過雲吞麵, 感覺也有水準. 這一間潮州食府, 經濟實惠. 繼續閱讀
