小妹放工約咗friend去尖沙咀睇戲,未夠鐘四圍逛。行過Starbucks望見有新款蛋糕,嘆番件蛋糕先,好過四圍行。其實有好多新款嘢,不過心諗睇完戲可能會同friend食啲嘢,而家都係食少少好啦。所以只叫了Chestnut Roll,Coffee Cake 1971,Raspberry Chocolate Éclair,同要杯最佳配搭嘅Iced Cappuccino with Whipped Cream。店員好smart,聽見小妹話試吓新嘢先又一個人嚟,就問小妹一隻碟裝晒好唔好,要幾多隻叉咁,於是就一隻大碟裝晒啲蛋糕,嘅環保方便,賣相又靚啲,一隻叉OK啦,環保得來又唔駛太多論論盡盡。多好時入到Starbucks,你會發覺啲員工nice得來又smart,好深印象果次係屋企附近果間,有個好麻煩嘅客,連我唔係serve佢都有啲炆陣,無理取果隻,店員竟可tactful地令佢安靜落嚟,佩服,更欣賞是Starbucks嘅企業精神及員工素質!難怪分店網持續擴展;產品不斷推陳出新亦是成功嘅不二法門。小妹由無咁甜開始試啲甜品。Chestnut Roll ($22)粟子卷裡除了軟滑蛋糕,粟子蓉外,仲有大粒得嚟粉腍嘅粟子粒,感覺軟滑得嚟有層次感,唔會成個都鬆軟,有啲實在嘅感,有咬口,粟子味濃得嚟又不太甜,好正。Coffee Cake 1971 ($28)唔知點解叫1971,同個蛋糕有咩關係呢,真係唔知;個咖啡蛋糕幾重咖啡味,有啲似千層糕,面係簿脆加cream,底係三層蛋糕,質地幾豐富,脆面同軟滑蛋糕啱啱嚟一個contrast,但又不會互搶遮了對方嘅特色,幾好。Raspberry Chocolate Éclair ($12)紅莓朱古力棒,紅莓只得少少碎碎係面上,未食睇見面嘅朱古力醬已經feel到係最甜嘅一個。用叉cut開裡面全部都係cream,成個根本就似一個Chocolate Puff。好在cream不太甜,不會太溜,皮軟軟的,幾好,幾特別。Iced Cappuccino ($28) with Whipped Cream ($3)杯嘢賣相好吸引,加咗cream係靚啲。除咗靚,實際係杯咖啡滑咗,小妹無加糖,因為個cream本身係少甜嘅,等食咗一半蛋糕先開始飲,cream開始容,越飲越好味。超正!真係太嘆啦,要朋友call先捨得走。食咗咁多嘢一百蚊有找,坐得又舒服,服務又好,Just want to say thank you all for your kind hospitality.

I had a wrap (HK$36) and a black coffee (HK$22) on a Monday lunch hour. THe wrap was filled with fresh mango, Chinese BBQ pork, sweet corn, ... etc. It served with some potatoe chips. Lovely and tasty.The black coffee was not strong enough. Instead, it seems to brew with insufficient coffee powder. Hum ... disappointed.Probably not next time although the wrap taste good.
