只可以說是一個超級不愉快的經歷,店主態度劣質。事情發生於入座後,先點菜,有擔擔麵,酸辣湯,水餃同豬扒炒意粉。不需太長時間等待食物,先到的是擔擔麵,味道中規中矩,不過不失,然後是酸辣湯,這個十分酸,每當友人喝一口湯後都咳一聲,顯然好像有點兒太酸太嗆喉,此時此刻,已發現多於六隻蒼蠅圍著我們,十分煩擾,亦感覺到餐廳的清潔不足,由於蒼蠅多次觸碰到食物,於是唯有拍打來驅趕蒼蠅。怎料,竟得到店主惡言相對,他竟說'你這樣會嚇到其他客人'我們只好回贈他一句'你的蒼蠅亦嚇到我們',他還回應一句'怎樣幫到我們'我們亦無奈地說'麻煩你幫我們趕走圍著我們的蒼蠅們。此時,炒意粉及水餃亦送上,炒意粉有點兒咸,豬扒的肉質較乾,水餃是白菜豬肉,水餃皮煮得太長時間,因為食落去覺得太淋了。在晚飯期間,我們嘗試邀請店員協助驅趕蒼蠅,她卻說無能為力。由於蒼蠅數目太多,亦十分影響食慾,不夠十分鐘便離開了,在結賬,店長亦沒有作任何安撫,多謝光臨亦沒有,本人真的不會再光臨貴食店。PS因為環境影響,沒有影到食物相片,敬請原諒。  繼續閱讀

大角咀, 富多來商場, 如果以食肆來說, 這裡的店真是細得不可以再細. 每一間食肆都只是約百幾至二百多呎, 坐位小, 地方超窄, 食得不太舒服. 友人知我喜歡小店, 專登搵間坐得迫、窄、唔舒服, 啱晒我啦…., 哈哈…小籠包是推介項目, $32/四隻, 無奶油唔試吧. 推銷海報寫著: 手造 “堅持所有工序由自家全手製造”, 心諗…..香港有邊家食店的小籠包唔係手造???.... 諗唔到…., 有人知道, 唔該講聲我知, 我好想試吓非人手造的口味….小籠包, 上檯, 賣相美觀, 顏色精神, 摺痕鮮明, 皮厚薄適中, 小籠包不宜太薄皮, 因太薄皮缺乏煙韌口感, 但仍隱隱見到內裡的湯汁, 入口熱辣辣, 皮算是做得煙韌, 不似鼎泰豐那種有韌度的假口感, 反而我覺得這種帶些少粉粉口感, 更似上海食過的小籠包. 餡料肉質尚好, 雖未至於新鮮豬肉的鮮味, 但也好過市面很多的小籠包店. 香酥排骨炒拉麵, $58, 又是重點推介, 少少失望, 麵條屬幼身入貨品種, 並非傳統京式拉麵那種粗身麵條. 味道略為甜, 排骨未有想像中的出眾, 切成條狀的所謂排骨, 其實即是豬扒, 這點無問題, 一般的上海店, 都會稱呼炸豬扒為炸排骨, 但排骨的肉質, 炸得太乾, 入口較硬, 未有預期中的”香酴”口味.北京水餃, $34/八件, 相信水餃並非這店的推介食品, 賣相較為普通, 用細碟載著八隻小型的水餃, 感覺小家一點, 餡料分布為三成菜七成肉, 口感不差.質素未至於出眾, 除了"浙醋無薑絲"不可原諒之外!! 食物都是合格有餘, 鼓勵鼓勵, 繼續努力, 小店經營, 比”Good”係常識吧…. 繼續閱讀

趁要到奧海城跟朋友交收咖啡,不如提早一點,獨自去食番餐。在這旺場店子,一個人前來,預左要搭檯。打擾到對面的一對情侶,真不好意思。餐牌也不用翻,若是我一個人到這類上海小店,擔擔麵與及小籠包,是必點的。是晚再來一杯凍豆漿。四川擔擔麵率先送到,份量不少,麵條有粗有幼,可以確定是手拉的。質感都尚算爽口,湯底的麻醬香,同埋辣度,均恰到好處,蠻好吃的。但以我的認知,這並不是四川的版本吧!接著來的小籠包,皮有點厚,賣相稱不上靚仔。吃起來,是有點湯汁,餡料豬肉口感還好,趁熱放入口,還好。雖不是頂級水準,但只收你廿八蚊,沒加一,交足功課了。豆漿就不行了,欠缺豆香,未能滿意。食兩樣嘢加杯飲品,幾十蚊埋單,今時今日,真係茶記都唔得喇! 繼續閱讀

I've been meaning to try this place for a while, having had high recommendations from a friend. Xiaolongbao are some of my favourite dumplings but often they can be dry... which is always greatly disappointing! This restaurant does them perfectly! The meat is succulent, the juice is plentiful and the dumpling doesn't stick to the steamer. Interestingly, while they were definitely hot, they weren't the usual thermo-nuclear bao-bombs that have caught me out on many an occasion... as I lose the battle of self-control and don't let them cool before eating. Perfect temperature on this occasion.I opted to wash the bao down with a bowl of noodles. They had pictures on the menu so my lack of Chinese wasn't too much of a problem, and I opted for pork and pickled cabbage that was advertised as one-chilli.NB: they did speak English so I probably could have asked rather than relying on pictures. The ramen stock was very nice and the pork was the right side of fatty - just enough to give plenty of flavour but not so much that you worry about your arteries - and I love the preserved veg in there. My only grumble was that there was absolutely no hint of chilli spice in there. I wasn't expecting much but I had hoped the 1-chilli rating meant there would be a mild heat. Regardless, I would order this again, it was very good. All in all I was very pleased with both dishes and will definitely be going back/recommending to friends. 我不是食家,是以一個普通市民食一餐飯的感覺!叫了兩碗拉麵,麵質好硬;湯底好咸。水晶淆肉好咸,小籠飽雖然有汁但是肉質好乾,酸辣湯有一陣難以形容的味道,係好怪,連用在乂子燒餅嘅餡料都咸到苦。好懷疑店主把所有食物做到咁咸,用意可以把食物儲存時間耐些,而且食物無咁易變壞。因為無一樣食物能令顧客回味,所以不用等位,可隨時入座。最後結論:我就不會再光顧喇! 繼續閱讀
