🥰 兩年前, 初試米芝蓮三星餐廳 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana, 其後又再戰同系嘅兩星意大利餐廳 Octavium, 同埋高級扒房 Rex.🤗 今日相約老友江湖飯局, 選址 Venedia Grancaffe, 試埋集團呢塊拼圖.🏘️ 餐廳位於中環商廈 One Chinachem 地舖, Rex 喺地牢, Octavium 喺八樓. Venedia 屬入門版意大利菜, 走優閒路線, 落地玻璃, 對住大馬路, 入門口靠右邊係小酒吧區, 再直入就係用餐區, 樓底甚高, 藍色大水晶吊燈, 多張四人圓枱方枱, 座位濶落, 唔算太嘈.🥢 午市套餐, $538+10%, 頭盤, 意粉, 主菜. 另加咖啡 $50+10%.🥐 麵包. 煙煙靭靭, 點橄欖油, 唔錯!🦑 頭盤: Octopus Salad. 八爪魚份量唔多, 算係腍嘅, 但就冇咗基本口感, 有點可惜. 橄欖搶味, 整體偏鹹, 味道單一. 八瓜魚同薯仔蕃茄擦唔出火花, 麻麻地.🍝 Pasta: Spaghettini. 意粉軟硬適中, 蕃茄汁唔算濃厚, 橄欖再次搶味, 吞拿魚全熟, 口感少似沙甸魚, 與蕃茄味格格不入, 唔識欣賞.🐟 Mains: Toothfish, 另加 $40. 厚切, 賣相加分, 但一切就散, 食落冇分別. 皮脆肉嫩, 實淨彈牙, 相比鱈魚, 冇咁油淋淋, 可惜調味單調. 以加錢項目嚟講, 交唔到功課. 老友點咗春雞, 榎到棄糊. ☕️ 意大利泡沫咖啡, 另加 $50. 我唔識欣賞咖啡, 一般般.🤗 總結: 餐廳地理位置優越, 近大馬路, 又落地玻璃, 中檔意大利菜, 價錢睇落Ok 喎, 喺中環有競爭力, 但食物質素強差人意, 對唔住, 唔好食.📖 集團早前喺尖沙咀 K11 Musea 開咗兩間意大利餐廳 Tuber Umberto Bombana, Cannubi Enoteca Cucina, 同埋 扒房 Kilo Steakhouse, 將中環嘅 Octavium, Venedia 同埋 Rex 複製到尖沙咀.📖 翻查資料: 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana 屬於上市公司 “麗新” 旗下餐飲業務嘅餐廳之一, 而 Octavium 及其他餐廳則 隸屬 Octavo Management Group. 繼續閱讀

閒日收咗工同家人約咗去睇眼醫,睇完先發現個個千幾度近視,放大咗瞳孔後根本行唔得遠,所以就急忙搵人做盲公竹!嘻嘻,咁橋蕃薯uncle就喺附近間「Venédia Grancaffè」happy緊,為安全起見,三口子決定去踩場。西餐廳樓底高高,光線充裕,中央吊出嘅海藍燈飾華麗有氣派。部份散座有絨造梳化位,應最為舒適。餐桌有齊備嘅自用餐具及濕紙巾,看似衛生,無奈同不潔嘅洗手間好大對比。歡樂時光設為傍晚五至七時,指定飲品可享特價優惠。如相所示,酒酒份量勁少,$70-$88/杯絕對稱不上為歡樂級!一頁晚市餐牌只有英文版。點好食物,友善好客嘅哥哥仔即呈上麵包籃。長輩食到有果仁,即提點XO仔唔食得。Homemade Tagliolini, Butter and Parmesan Sauce, Black Truffle($380):只屬和暖嘅自家製意粉麵條非常腍身,可以話係近乎零煙韌,最足量嘅就係舖面嘅黑松露薄片,清脆芳香,不過師傅好似唔記得落鹽咁,除咗松露香之外味道甚為欠奉。Tagliatelle, 36-hour Three Cut Beef Ragout, Confit Tomatoes($250):第二款牛肉意粉一樣毫無熱力,粗粗長長嘅意大利粉偏乾同硬,某個程度上可以話同嚡口嘅燉牛肉好夾嘅。Veal Chop “Milanese”, Cherry Tomato Salad, Amalfi Lemon($680):薄身嘅炸牛仔扒層炸皮尚算鬆化,可惜牛仔肉卻老而嚡韌,而且仲好乾爭爭,不吃也吧!中環鬧市中嘅意大利餐廳「Venédia Grancaffè」環境高雅,服務生亦相當有禮,無奈食物又貴又唔好食,暑假期間嘅週四晚都要拍烏蠅,明顯係有理由嘅! 繼續閱讀

My partner and I have a weakness for seafood linguine, so when we saw that Venedia Grancaffe had a red prawn linguine on the menu, we had to try it. The hosts were extremely hospitable and polite, and were always very attentive. The decor is very lavish and upmarket, which is also a great representation of the quality of their food. Dishes were brought out and presented immaculately with great care taken to make every plate perfect.We ordered the Sicilian Red Prawn Linguine, Iberico Pork Loin, Seabass, Potato Gratin and finally, their signature Tiramisu. The prawns were so flavourful and juicy. The pork and sea bass melted in our mouths, and the tiramisu was so decadent and moreish. The flavour profiles have definitely been well thought out and each component complements the others. 10/10! We loved it here and will definitely be back again soon! 繼續閱讀

去到中環嗰間意大利餐廳,一入去就覺得好有味道🍴。首先食咗個有機菜園沙律,啲藝术家菜心、四季豆同蘆筍新鮮得滯,食落去爽口又開胃。dressing仲有自家製嘅無花果樹葉精華,淡淡果香夾雜堅果味,真係清新得嚟唔膩口🥗。再嘆咗個龍蝦意粉,意粉嘅質感煮得岩岩好,唔會太硬或者過腍,配上好味道嘅龍蝦肉,真系好飽足!同桌嘅朋友食嘅羊架都唔差,煎得外脆內嫩,個茄子酸醬好惹味,賣相同味道都一流。整體感覺,呢度好有大都會嘅風格,又唔會太拘謹,服務員都和藹可親,有個愉快嘅下午。👍 繼續閱讀

My company held a Christmas dinner at this Italian restaurant conveniently located in the centre of Central. The decoration and atmosphere are pleasing. The staff served us in a private area with two long tables (12 + 15) for a total of 27 persons, pre-dinner cocktail with canapes. We enjoyed a tailored 3-course menu priced at $1,080+10% / person. The cost was reasonable during the Christmas period, however, the food quality was average. The service was excellent, and the food was delivered promptly.  繼續閱讀
