一向想試Dalloyau既cake 好耐，今次終於有機會喇！款式超多，仲要每件都咁精緻，真係好難揀得落手，不過食cake好怕好重cream同好滯既我，最後就揀左pineapple mousse cake第一啖食落去甜而不膩，菠蘿既味道唔算好重，但好fresh，上面有少少菠蘿果肉，cream既味唔算好出，但夾埋果肉岩岩好，口感好豐富，而且食完之後都唔會好滯，值得推介！下次有機會的話要試下佢個檸檬撻！

IFC食嘅地方分得太散，今日行過見到只設有十張八張枱，位於P2 , 人流熙來攘往一定坐得唔舒服, 不過唔想再周圍行去搵食， 於是決定坐低唔飲咖啡，只吃意粉！張張枱都係飲咖啡，唯獨我地兩個， 只決定飲龍蝦湯和卡邦尼意粉加個安格斯牛漢堡，如果食完都唔夠飽， 先至慢慢嘆杯咖啡都未遲！卡邦尼溫泉蛋意粉$108超多汁，將片片芝士沈返落最底，溫泉蛋打散， 意粉熱力將芝士的正狀態變creamy 溶溶地，口感一流，全部意粉滲入蛋香及開始半浴芝士， 口感一流！ cake shop供應的意粉超有水準！安格斯漢堡係唔用面包，轉用牛角酥材料，配搭加分， 龍蝦湯明白是罐頭貨色， 但都好有誠意，好熱又有幾粒龍蝦肉相伴，整體滿意，下次會再約朋友嚟飲咖啡！

我跟朋友一起慶祝生日買蛋糕。但有以下問題。1.蛋糕上頭嘅花花基本上硬到切不開，無從入手切開蛋糕。朋友跟我最後是用手拿走頂的花花，才能切開蛋糕。2.入面的不是海綿蛋糕而是非常非常硬及厚實嘅蛋糕。比牛油蛋糕還要硬。用不鏽鋼刀也要很用力才能切開蛋糕。3.蛋糕很乾而且夾在中間沒有忌廉，也沒有味道。唯一的甜味來自外層的糖霜。還需要不停飲水因爲真的太乾了。最後，花了$7xx. 買的蛋糕，應該不會再考慮買他們的蛋糕。非常的失望。

創立自 1682 年的巴黎甜品店 Dalloyau ✨有300 多年歷史當然要去朝下聖啦🎉主要係想來嘆杯好咖啡呢度有好幾款巴黎特色咖啡☕️☕️我今次試既係Cafe Au Lait咖啡有咁嘅品質再配合咁嘅環境咖啡唔算貴$30-$60一杯由於岩岩食完野太飽下次先來來試佢d cake🍰

Ordered a green tea cake for my colleagues birthday. The flavor was not very strong but the taste was just right. It was mixed with a taste of yuzi, which gives a taste of fresh and classy. I have tried the other flavor cake from the shop, including the chocolate and earl grey one. 今日在IFC行得有點累，想找個地方歇息一會。剛好路過Dalloyau, 一於坐低嘆下咖啡。這兒的咖啡比咖啡店還要貴，而朱古力特飲仲索價$80， 貴過Godiva, 真係要試真一下。這Dalloyau 的環境相比其他分店，這兒只屬一般。就只是簡單的桌椅置於商場的走廊位置，路人熙來攘往，沒有太寫意的感覺。餐點定價方面和各分店劃一，飲品由$50-$95， 旦糕則$48-$68，還有沙律、薯條等。今天下午就單點flat white 和朱古力。Flat white /白咖啡$60上次在海港城店試Flat white ，口感濃香奶滑。奇怪的是，今天在這兒試Flat White, 咖啡的味道沒有預期的濃郁，感覺淡了一點。但奶泡依然細緻，奶味稍稍淡薄，整體味道偏淡，感覺有點兒失望。或許是期望多了。Cocoa delight by house chocolatiers/王牌朱古力飲品 $80這杯朱古力真是貴得很。熱朱古力口感幼滑，朱古力味道特濃，在香醇的朱古力中又透出絲絲奶滑口感，甜而不膩。相比Godiva 熱朱古力那強烈又濃厚的朱古力味，這杯朱古力相對地溫婉，甜味也沒那麼霸道，是比較高雅的朱古力甜和奶

那天下午放早，在準備前往公司舉辦的週年晚宴前，大家來吃過甜㸃下午茶，餐廳當時坐滿了食客，我們一行五人只好等候座位，不到五分鐘，侍應生已經招呼我們入座。看了餐牌，太多糕㸃選擇了。最後各人各吃不同款式的甜㸃。我㸃選了熱朱古力咖啡，恰好咖啡味較濃過朱古力，甜㸃的味道甜而不膩，很好的配搭。餐廳的侍應生的記性很好，不需要用紙筆即時記下，也沒有漏單和錯誤。

Good quality creamy latte that’s beautifully made and never overly hot... the muffins are delicious with filling in the center, my favorites are the banana with caramel center and blueberry with jam center. I also really like the croque monsieur, simple but very delicious. This and Fuel are the top cafes in HK I think!

Dalloyau doesn't have too many types of fresh bakery: only croissant, black pepper croissant, almond croissant, chocolate danish, mini milk bread and muffin. This almond croissant was very heavy in terms of weight with loads of almonds on the surface. It was pretty delicious despite the fact that it was consumed the next morning. The crust was still crispy. The chocolate danish was less heavy in terms of weight. It had a nice crispy crust and very ductile interior. There didn't seem to be suffic

My last commentary was less than a year ago and the subject heading was "Delicious sweet treats". After my dining experience this time, I decided that the subject heading should start with the same but qualified by "high quality cakes!"We walked in for lunch on a weekday. Dalloyau.. somewhere which won’t disappoint me as always ... 😋😋😋The environment for Dalloyau IFC is a bit more “casual” and it’s good for coffee break / light meal .... quite nice to be there for chitchatting and “hea”.. Have read about the lobster roll for some time but haven’t tried it yet 😜😜😜 this time, ordered the lobster roll + carbonara + Cafe Au Lait (Parisian CoFFee) = all nice!! Coffee is a must for me every day. During weekdays I drink coffee to concentrate more at work, but during weekend I drink it for relaxation. Today we chose to have the coffee here in IFC DALLOYAU cafe. I have tried their cakes before which taste really yummy! .+.+.+.+.+👉🏻Hazelnut Coffee $55  $55 for a cup of hot coffee is not cheap. 本身IFC都有唔少既coffee shop同西式甜品店，但下午茶時段都需要等候約10分鐘先有位。睇完餐牌之後，大家不約而同覺得招牌甜品最為吸引，於是我就點左Daloyyau 同埋特濃牛奶咖啡。除左甜品賣相吸引外，連同其所用既杯碟都別有心思，上面以金色線條勾勒出既圖案簡約且與餐廳既裝潢及氣氛頗為匹配。甜品上枱後，快影一張相作紀錄，已急不及待呷一口。咖啡細滑，咖啡味道特別香濃，頓時幫我提神。若日後經過時唸唔到想嘗試新既餐廳，呢個係頗佳既選擇。

After watching movies, wanted to enjoy something sweet with my friends. However Sunday afternoon is crowded everywhere, I and my friends waited for around 15 minutes to get seated. Their signature dessert Dalloyau is really amazing, and the waiters overheard our discussions and decided to give us a surprise free cake for my friend who’s having her birthday. We enjoyed a lot on their sweets and their fries are really good too

趁住假日同朋友去中環海旁吹吹海風,點知烈日當空,熱到成身汗,最後快速離開過左IFC食tea,我地簡來簡去都唔知食乜好,最後經過呢度見到有素菜burger就決定食呢間,因為素菜burger唔係度度有得食,好彩咁岩有人走,立即就坐左係度,我地叫左2個素菜burger同1份薯條,我飲蜜桃冰茶,朋友就飲mocha,食物來到當然相機食先,之後正想selfie一刻,waiter好主動話幫我哋影相,仲一口氣影咗十幾張,waiter有禮貌又好人影完相立即食burger,burger放滿菜好厚身,咬落去d菜多到差d跌哂出來,係小汁左d,如果多返d汁應該更好味薯條熱辣辣先好味,條條都熱到辣口,正蜜桃冰茶唔算好凍,好彩都唔算好甜!!整體唔錯!!
