Wanted something light today for dinner and opted for the Mentaiko udon with onsen tamago. This dish is quite simply presented. The rich and spicy flavor of the mentaiko goes well with the udon, which has a smooth texture. The onsen tamago is nicely done, with part of the egg yolk still running. It is a simple and light dish to have.
