3 of us came here for lunch, and we were blown away by how amazing the food was!Environment & Hygiene:Loved the vintage decor and super high ceiling; it was my kind of a restaurant.  I just couldn't stop admiring the interior of the restuarant. I felt like I escaped from HK for a while. Here is what the 3 of us ate: 
Complimentary Bread I think this was a sourdough bread? Anyways, the bread was warm, chewy and soft.

Les Entrees
1.Salted Brandade with Soft Egg, Hollandaise Sauce 2 of us got this to start. Starting from the bottom, this consisted of a toasted slice of bread, brandade, egg, hollandaise sauce and olive oil drizzled on top. The brandade was simply amazing.
 The salted cod was flaky, but had a very soft and springy texture. The hollandaise sauce was creamy,full of flavours, yet not overpowering in any way. It went so nicely with the perfect soft egg and brandade underneath. I could come back for this any day.

2. Smoked Salmon, Watercress Salad with Honey Dressing This was less exciting than the above, but nonethess it was good. The greens were fresh and the dressing was sweet and tasty. It was a nice change from the usual balsamic dressing.

3. Ovenbaked Spring Chicken, sauteed beans & Bacon First, I will comment on my choice. The baked chicken had a nice, herby, crispy skin. The dominant herb was rosemary, which isn't my favourite yet still I really liked this chicken because of how juicy and tender it was. There was no part that was dry. The sauteed peas were just as good.

4. Char-grilled USDA Ribeye, French Fries (+$60) All 3 of us were amazed by the size of this steak! It was bigger than my face!
This juicy steak was seasoned perfectly. The skinny fries were crunchy and great! The béarnaise sauce was sweet and not heavy. I really really liked it!

5. Braised Pork Cheek in Port Wine sauce The little pot that this was served in was cute.
 The pork was super tender and as for the sauce, it was very rich. It was nice to have some bland mashed potatoes on the side so that the sauce wouldn't be wasted.

6. Banana Crumble This was the best out of the 3. The banana was cooked to a very creamy texture. The sweet crumbly top was the best thing ever!
I liked the contrast of the warm banana mixture with the cold chocolate Ice Cream.

7. Creme Brulee Typical creamy Creme Brulee taste and texture. It was good.

8. Pink Tiramisu (+$15) We were all curious about this pink tiramisu, but there was nothing tiramisu about it at all. There was a sweet strawberry meringue like thing with some strawberry ice cream mainly topped with some whipped cream. I love my classic tiramisu, so I found this hard to accept.

Final Verdict:
Yes! I would go again!
 I saw that they have a truffle menu, which seems interesting!
